Niño Early Learning Adventures - Lalor

My daughter was previously at another daycare and was able to transition seamlessly to Nino Learning when we moved. I believe this was possible through the hard work and high quality service that the educators provided. This allowed my daughter to transition into a new environment where she was made comfortable. She has since transitioned into an older room and the process was again very smooth. I am extremely satisfied with all the educators and management at Nino Learning. My daughter is thriving, learning new things and is very happy when we come to pick her up. This reassures that she is well looked after and cared for.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to acknowledge the incredible job the team at Nino Lalor ELA do everyday!
In just a couple of weeks of attending care, my daughter had settled very easily building a strong sense of belonging, displaying leadership, confidence and resilience through genuinely compassionate relationships with her educators.
My biggest concern was separation. After a pretty rough experience at a previous service, The team had given us so much reassurance that we have only ever had peace of mind leaving her- knowing she is in the best professional hands! The educators have taken the time to learn and understand my child’s strengths and interests with enthusiasm, and are never far away to support and guide my daughter's self- help skills and independence.
Ninos is truly a state of the art service with natural environments to inspire and promote positive health and wellbeing, exceeding all our expectations.
We are so grateful to all the staff who are nurturing, kind and genuinely love what they do. Thank you for helping us feel reassured.

Unfortunately my experience with the center is not great. I never received my 2-week bond from them. Called and emailed a couple of times, passed from one staff to another saying they’ll give a return call, but didn’t. It wasn’t until I sent a “complaint email” that they said there’s a problem with “Childcare Management System migration” thus the delay in refunds. I understood and waited patiently. But no refund came. Sick of emailing or calling them back again.

The level of professionalism that Niño's the employees and staff demonstrated is of the up most excellence.
The staff is always friendly and take good care of the children.
The management is always there to lend a hand and do their jobs well.
We have put 2 boys in their care and I am happy to report that they got the love and care that they deserved.
Truly the best Childcare center in the area and I sincerely recommend Niño to any parent that considers them.

It is the solid evidence to show Nino-Lalor is wonderful CC From dropping off the crying bub at the beginning of the first week To very hard to get her out of there when picking up. My daughter has been with Nino-Lalor since she was 11 months old and now she is nearly 4 years. She is just very happy to be there. All the educators are friendly, professional and patient. I cannot thank them enough for supports and help they provided on the toilet training. With their professional help, the transition from nappy to toilet was much easier which made my life much easier. Bonus point, they provide Spanish class every Monday for Kinders. Highly recommend Nino-Lalor to all other parents.

The team at Nino ELA Lalor are incredible. The educators are so patient and warm, the communication is excellent and the food is exceptional. My little one is thriving in the care of Nino, he loves the activities, eats like a champion and naps really well. I feel very confident dropping him off and have to tear him away at the end of the day. I particularly love the newsletter at the end of the week with photo's of the kids adventures and the keepsake book of artwork that comes home at the end of the year. We are so happy with Nino Lalor and so appreciative of all that the team do for our little one.

The team at Nino Lalor are amazing. The educators and the rest of the team have made me and my husband really feel confident in leaving our child with them. They are professional and a joy to talk to. When your child is happy to be in the care of others, then that is really showing you that we have picked the right amazing people to look after him when we can’t. Thank you team:)

Nino Lalor is a wonderful early learning centre for children to learn, play and grow. They offer a warm, kind loving environment.

Director's are great, very friendly and lead a great team.
Toddler room ladies are wonderful, great at communicating, giving advice and have great activities for the kids.
Kinder room ladies have done a great job getting my daughter ready for school and opportunities to grow and learn.
Chefs are amazing with the food they make, healthy and good mix of different foods and kids love the watermelon birthday cake they do.
Overall we are very happy we made the change and joined the Nino Family.

Highly recommended as I’m sure others would say so themselves. If you want the absolute best for your child, look no further. The calibre of the teachers, the beautiful calm and nurturing home-like environment centred around your child talents and interests. The resources and professionalism of all staff and the ongoing collaborative approach between the centre and the families, makes this centre second-to-none. Thank you!

The staff at Nino Lalor are amazing. My son settled in with ease which made the transition for the both of us very comforting. I love that he loves going to preschool. He loves it so much I have to bribe him to come home. Thanks Lalor team.

I would highly recommend nino to my friends. It took a couple of days for us to settling, thanks to all the lovely educators and admin who helped us so much to have a smooth transition. My sons really enjoy there now. There are many creative activities everyday to do. They become more interactive. Food there is really tasty always smell so good.
