Niño Early Learning Adventures - Melton

I could not talk this place up enough, the staff are so excellent with the kids and parents. I've had no issues and all my kids have had such an easy transition in there.

My baby boy has been attending Nino for over a year now! It was worth waiting on the waiting list! The educators amazing, friendly and always greet with a smile! The centre always clean and neat!
Would highly recommend!

Our daughter has being going to Nino since she was 5 months old. She will be 4 later this year and she is always excited to go to childcare. All of the educators are caring and kind. They take the time to talk to me in the morning at drop off and get to know my daughter, her likes and dislikes. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Wonderful space with even more wonderful educators. Thank you for taking care of my child and treating her like your own.

Staff are friendly and passionate about what they do and always make you feel welcome going the extra mile. Our son is excited every day to get to daycare to see everyone. Highly recommend this Early learning center for anyone looking for full time or part time care.

My daughter has been going here since it first opened 3 years ago. Since day one they have supported me and my family. My daughter loves this centre so much she doesn't want to leave and everyday I see the new knowledge they have been teaching her ESPECIALLY Spanish!

Pretty bad service no kinder teachers no plans how to ready the kids for school. Very bad communication skills. Ignored my emails. Spoken to the area manager and got a very rude reply after asking more questions still no reply Its been more than 2 months. Staff and management have no idea what are their policies. Just stay away from this place. There are way better places than this one.
EDIT-17/05/2022 Hi, thank you for your reply. I am amazed that you have accused me for being a liar. I have emailed to your head office about the issues on 28/02/2022. I am still waiting to get the answer for the questions i asked. Also it is my right to post a review as i am not satisfied with my experience.

My son attends 5 days a week and absolutely love it here. Every year he moves up a room and he warms to his educators instantly, loves all 3 at the moment. Bobbi, Helen and Paxton are great!
Being a fulltime working mum I feel comfort in knowing he's getting fed well (better than he does at home) and cared for amazingly.
The Managers Rhonda and Robyn are amazing to deal with and help you any way they can as well as Samar at reception.

My kids have never been happier. I see them grow mentally every day, enjoying the wonderful caring teachers/staff in every department. I wouldn't send them anywhere else.

My darling lockdown bubba hadn’t really experienced much socialising and I was apprehensive about how he might settle into Daycare. I was looking for a Centre that made him feel comfortable and afforded him the time adjust in a world away from his parents. I also was hoping that the staff would understand my reservations and support me in adjusting too. I’d had several friends recommended Niño ELA Melton and so I wanted to see if it was the right fit. From the moment that we stepped through the door, the staff were engaging, bubbly and welcoming. The team were happy to listen to our needs and immediately made us feel like this was the supportive environment we were looking for.

The educators in the room WANT to be there. They are patient, they are kind and they are attentive. The programs are varied and communication, excellent. Our son knows the team and they know him.

Thank you for helping our son find his independence, confidence and individuality. We are incredibly appreciative for finding this community

This is our second child to have go through daycare settings and as an ex director myself and teacher I am very invested in my children’s educations and Melton Niño has not disappointed us at all! The high standard of cleanliness the educational activities that the children are given daily are outstanding! Every morning we are greeted by all staff we come in contact with and all are bubbly and welcoming! In regards to protocols and record keeping I can’t fault the service we are always kept up to date with our sons day and every thing is professionally communicated to our family. The admin side of things are flawless all staff are informative everything is run on a wonderful time line and all communications in regards to accounts are made easy to navigate and straight forward! I couldn’t recommend this service higher if I tried! Such a special little family to be apart and have our values being followed through for our sons on a daily base as this mum goes to work daily! Thank you girls Toby is one lucky and loved baby and we will be super sad when he grows up and loves to the next room but also excited because I know it will be just the same love and care we will be getting as the centre is so well balanced and run that the standards are high through the whole service!

We absolutely LOVE Nino ELA in Melton. We've had nothing but a positive experience there. They are so accommodating, professional and caring. It's always clear each educator has such passion for their job. They provide such a nurturing environment for the kids and the level of care We've received has been phenomenal. Our girls have absolutely thrived there, and are always so excited to go. I just wish the staff got paid more for what they do. Literal angels.

My 2 year old had severe separation anxiety and didn’t have the confidence to go anywhere without one of his parents. The staff are amazing with him and we have no tears at drop off and he even looks forward to “school”.

My son is going to Nino Ela since Sep19. The educators are great, the rooms are big, the back yard is nicely designed (and big). Definitely recommended.

I highly recommend Nino Early Learning Melton. My son attends this centre and I am extremely pleased with the quality of care. The staff are very welcoming and the food is very nutritious. My son Has formed bonds with his educators and is very excited to see them in the mornings. Hygiene and cleanliness is also a big win for us. Overall I am very very pleased:) thank you all.

I am so happy with Nino's Melton. The centre is amazing and always so clean. The teachers and staff are so friendly and welcoming to me and my children. The food is amazing and my kids love coming to childcare.
The centre did a fantastic job through Covid. Clean and Sanitized and kept my children safe and healthy. So thank you so much for caring for my children. You are all doing a fabulous job!

This centre is absolutely amazing. The staff are all welcoming and so easy to talk to. My son loves it here and he has progressed so much since leaving his old centre and coming to Nino. Highly recommend this centre. I love it and so does my son.
