Niño Early Learning Adventures - Saratoga Estate (Point Cook)

When you see a reviews page full of 1 star ratings and five star ratings only then you can be sure the 5 star ratings are more likely the fabricated ones, the staff were probably instructed to flood with positive reviews to counter the honest negative ones. I have has my child attend this childcare and management had racist undertones, my child was bullied by the other kids with staff so ignorant that they completely missed it and I by chance saw it happen. I do not recommend this place at all.

One of my friends recommended this institution and I can't thank her enough for doing this. We always feel so welcome, the teachers are very sweet and kind, our bubba has made lots of friends already, she is definitively a very happy and independent girl, keep up the good work!

The worst daycare we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Firstly, they are just a money making business and could not care less about caring for each individual child. There is no update about your child and what they did in the day.
They boast a good menu for the kids but that is about it.
The educators come across as disinterested or burnt out. None seem enthusiastic or engaging.
We were hardly greeted warmly when coming to pick up our son.
They also require you to pay an exorbitant bond on enrolling (above $600 for full time enrolment.)
They tell you that they will return you this money in 4 weeks after your leave the childcare.
It took almost 2 months to get this money back after we took our son out of the daycare. And that was after repeated phone calls with disgusting behaviour from the daycare staff (I'm talking about you Rosina - laughing at us, being evasive, being generally unhelpful, not apologetic or kind at all).
They stated that head office is in charge of the return of bond money however they refused to provice us with direct contact details of head office for us to escalate ourselves so we had to rely on the incompetent reception staff at Nino Saratoga to blunder their way to escalate the return of our bond with no progress.
I spoke to consumer affairs about this lack of return of bond and they were incredibly alarmed to hear of this illegal behaviour and they have made a record of this centre in their file to monitor for any further complaints in future and they will take action at that time. Consumer affairs confirmed that this lack of return of our bond money would be considered theft by the Nino company and that we should send them an official letter of complaint threatening legal action Nino are in violation of section 62 of consumer law.
The daycare finally responded to this official letter and we have got our bond money back after many weeks of patiently waiting and dealing with this abysmal centre.
I would never recommend this centre to anyone and I have now become aware of other parents that have had similar bad experiences with Nino Saratoga.

All of the staff go out of their way to make my daughter happy and settled. I feel like a part of the family and ensure that they are caring for our daughter in the same way we do it at home. I always feel confident that she is in a good hand each day.

This centre is absolutely amazing. The staff are well trained and kind. They provide a range of activities for developing children’s knowledge, interests and skills. My daughter learned a lot from this centre and her level of English skill and critical thinking skill is very improved. They provide awesome food for children and my daughter loved the meals and snacks every day. I highly recommend this centre to anyone.

I highly recommend Nino at Saratoga. The educators are absolutely amazing and genuinely care for your child. They work around your child’s sleep schedule and are always happy to help with any development needs. The food is nutritious and fresh. My child is always so happy going there and comes home with a big smile. Thank you Nino Saratoga for giving me the confidence to leave my child in your hands.:)

My son has enjoyed to go to centre everyday since he was 10 month old. He loves all the educators there, he learns lots of self-help skill and becomes so independent as the educators taught him so well, even he is not even 3 years old yet. We are very satisfied of Saratoga centre, recommend for any parent who looking for a good centre.

When this childcare opened I would have given it 5 stars, just like most reviewers here who reviewed prior to management change. Especially due to the the friendliness and passion of the centre director and managers. All the management was changed lately and there is an obvious culture change. The warmth, friendliness and passion has definitely gone down a notch. Staff morale doesn't seem as high as before and the general sense of wholesomeness has diminished significantly. The carers seem a lot more on edge and under pressure. Since management change, based on the atmosphere at the centre now I will given it 3 stars and strongly advise centre management to be nicer to their staff to boost morale and to be more accommodating and genuinely caring towards families and children, otherwise you will see a drop in your ratings and a loss of clients. I wish you only the best since I have children attending the childcare.

Niño Saratoga is Amazing!
My son has been going to Nino Daycare for about a week. The staff treat my son as if he was their own. My son loves Nav and Sonali. Jess and Rubina have always been helpful while enrollment and for any enquiry. I know my son is in good hands and he is safe and I don't have to worry about his well being while he’s there. I pick him up every day, he gets very excited and says bye to everyone and give flying kisses to staff.
It's a blessing that I found this daycare. I wouldn't take him anywhere else! My aunty’s daughter has been going as well for about fee years now. She loves it!

We have found the staff to be well trained, well equipped. They are willing to listen and they demonstrate a commitment to their role and to the children they have in their care. We highly recommend them as a preferred centre in the area.

Really happy with the care given at this centre. Staff are friendly and always look after my daughters needs. They always have exciting programs and activities. The menu is also amazing. I wish I was eating there.

Exceptional daycare facility. The staff are always warm, welcoming and helpful in any way possible. We started the same time this new center opened up. Made the transition process for my 4 year old daughter smooth and relaxed in every possible way, as she had a bad experience from her previous centre.
The educators are all so amazing with the children and they have a real focus on the children's development. My daughter actually thrives through this center and she never had a bad day! Always talk about how well her day has been when she gets home!
The management to educators are always professional and same time friendly with children and families. Their warmth and helpfulness really make this centre amazing and provide comfort knowing your child is well cared for and loved while you're at work. Much appreciate all your hard work and looking after all these children like your own!

The staff and management here are absolutely amazing with my 5 year old son. He loves his days outside playing or learning and creating in his Kinder room. Upon entering the reception area there is always a smiling friendly face to greet you. The kitchen staff are fantastic, always happy to have a chat or give a quick cuddle and they create healthy tasty dishes for all the children.

Since starting at Nino in Saratoga my son has now found his confidence and come out of his little shell, in his previous centre he found it hard to settle and cried every time I dropped him off or even if we drove passed it, it used to break my heart!
Now he loves it, they have an amazing kinder room which is filled with toys and activates they can explore and play with, all while learning and having fun, which is perfect to entertain and grow their hungry little minds, they also have a great outdoor play area which my son Loves because he gets to run, play, ride bikes, dig in the sand and explore outside.
Its definitely help when you have absolutely lovely carers like Kate, Breanna and Anna, they are kind, helpful and genuinely sweet with all the kids, which makes drop off's so much easier because I know he's going to have so much fun and the get all the feedback on his day went when I pick him up.
I have to add the management team is pretty special too Liza, Jess and Rose are great with their communication and feedback and are happy which is very welcoming.

I was lucky enough to get a Tour of Centre by the Centre Director Liza and all i can say is WOW!
The centre is amazingly clean, staff was all welcoming and Liza was amazing with both my girls and myself.
Rooms are generous size and loved the fact that they had indoor and outdoor play options not just one.
Highly recommended

The carers have had and continue to have such a wonderful positive influence on my daughter and nephew both aged 2. This has been a very hard separation for both myself and my little girl, however I needed to return back to work after a long mat leave, the girls at Niño made this decision of putting my baby in care much smoother and easier than I could have imagined. My daughter has now settled in beautifully and I couldn’t be happier.
As I have worked in the industry years ago I had very high expectations in making my decision and I can confidently say Niño met those expectations! The girls in the investigators room are AMAZING, my partner and I are very pleased with the service we are receiving!
