Niño Early Learning Adventures - Point Cook reviews
34My children have been attending Nino Point Cook on and off for over 6 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The staff are so caring, friendly and professional. The on-site chefs cook delicious and nutritious food. The facility is modern and the outdoor play area is great. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic, amazing childcare center!
I was in two minds when I put my then 1 year daughter in childcare but almost 2 years now in this center I can say the journey has been amazing. Educators are amazing, chef is top notch with nutritious tasty menu, the front desk staff are always welcoming. The centre is clean well organised with good playground. I couldn’t be much happier to send my kid to a safe environment. Happy kid and happy parents!
Kudos to all the staff!
My son had been into 2 other childcare and Nino is his 3rd one. We find Nino being one of the best. From day 1 Nino had a very welcoming atmosphere with every staff member so warm and friendly. I feel so confident leaving my son there knowing he gets the best care and be provided with a very tasty nutrition meal. My son is a fussy eater but he is always asking his educators to give me the recipe for meals he gets served with lol.
The amount of excursions and activities Nino provides the kids with is outstanding. It is always an exciting day for the kids there. The management team and everyone at the front desk is so professional and welcoming. I just wish we had enrolled our son earlier.
Thank you to all the Nino team for a great experience both for us as parents and our son!
Such an amazing child care centre in Point Cook. Staff members and educators have a warm and caring attitude. Always greeting with a smile and there to listen and accomodate my child's needs. I always feel my son is in the best hand. I'am extremely thankful for that.
Worst experience we’ve had especially with the unprofessional admin team. They don’t have any kind of empathy or care but are only money minded. Helen who we last spoke to didn’t even bother about the miscommunication that had occurred with the enrolling dates we had requested for what was clearly communicated. Warning: Don’t go by words on what these guys say as each one in their team puts another person to blame for their miscommunication. Get everything in writing.
In a way I’m glad we didn’t enrol our little one here, because their concern for genuine gratitude is pathetic.
No wonder these guys have low ratings compared to other day cares around here.
In all my years of kindergarten and childcare experience, I have never come across a centre that is more welcoming, supportive, compassionate and professional. I felt overwhelmed with excitement when I got to know the team at Nino Point Cook and I instantly knew that my child would be in the best hands. Throughout the year, the staff (particularly the admin team) have demonstrated outstanding levels of professionalism especially during the COVID lockdown. I have witnessed firsthand just how terrific they handle challenging situations and extremely rude parents. Overall, their service is thorough, transparent, highly informative and most importantly, respectful to all. I feel comfortable leaving my child in their care and I am happy to know that my child has great role models to look up to whilst they are in Nino’s care.
My son went to Nino Point Cook January to June 2021. We had a terrible experience. In the nearly 6 months he attended, we recieved only 1 "weekly" email update. At drop off and pick up there was never anyone from his room to talk to. We didn't even know the people looking after our child. The educators couldn't even get my sons name right, let alone my name. In the time we were there were saw so many staff changes, including the whole management team. Kids are alloud to wonder in and out of the rooms, meaning there wasn't adequate supervision or correct staff to child ratios. Because of the lack of supervision my son was injured and bullied by other children on numerous occasions. We've now been at a new centre (Guardian) for a week and my son is back to his happy self. I would strongly advise parents steer clear of Nino! It's not an early learning centre, they're lazy babysitters.
I had my name on the waiting list for Nino since my son was born, as the first time I did a tour, I was so impressed with the center. When my son got accepted I was over the moon.
The ladies at the center are amazing. The food is just awesome and they genuinely care about your child. They address you and your child by name when you enter the center and make you feel right at home, which is just what you need and want as a first time mother, sending your child to care for the first time.their communication is brilliant and i cant fault the center.
Nino Ela has been amazing for us and our bub! We feel so much safe sending our baby to the centre even during the pandemic times. Our baby loves it there, I reckon she loves it more than at home.
I also want to do a big shout out to the fantastic team at the centre and discoverers room -Jess, Helen, Lily, Diana, Ruba and Bee. These girls are so much full of life and positivity. I have sent my daughter to another daycare before and I must agree I made the right decision to switch to nino. There are times when being a first time parent your anxiety levels are at the peak, especially in those times, i feel so much relaxed talking to the girls sometimes and also get so many ideas from their experience. I kinda try to implement a similar routine at home as that in the daycare and its so much better for my family honestly.
Also not to forget to mention the tasty and delicious food they are being served. We are vegeterians and love the variety offered to our bub. Feels good to know that she is getting the right balance of nutrition. So thanks to the chefs and all the kitchen staffs for all the hard work and dedication.

My daughter has been going here since April and absolutely loves it! The staff are fantastic and so friendly I can't fault the place at all.
My child had a really hard time adjusting to the rotation of educators in the year we attended. The educators themselves were beautiful and always tried to comfort my child and i during drop offs.one morning the drop offs had been building up to this, myself and my child were in tears on the reception floor. A few days later i called and spoke to the manager, she suggested i email her with things my child likes, surely the educators know what my child talks about and enjoys, this solution seemed so insincere. Unless this kind of breakdown was a normal occurrence for drop offs after 12 months, I really expected a care plan would be suggested. When covid started i decided to withdrawal my child from the centre, the manager emailed asking why, and i told her the level of care wasn't there to help my child settle, he broke down crying at the mention of "daycare or school" not to mention my child always gets sick at day care so not risking the contraction i pulled him out. I wrote a lengthy email and expected a reply with a solution to our problem, but No reply. Again the care wasn't there. To top this off they charged me the full days prices upon exiting with an extremely distressed child and during a pandemic i phoned and asked why i would be charged full prices, the reply was, don't worry, you won't have to pay anything it will come out of your bond!
This centre has left a bad taste in my mouth lacking morals and empathy and a care plan.
I have 2 daughters who attend this centre. My 4 yr old is now so much more confident since attending the kinder program. All the Educators have positive relationships with families and always support our children and our family; particularly my 2 yr old fussy eater!
My son Joseph attended this amazing centre for 3 years and is now at school. He still talks about his time at Niño Point Cook and wishes he could go back there! The menu is great- the food is 5 star. He always loved doing Spanish and Taekwondo too. Plus the outdoor yard up on the rooftop is the best:)
We’re so great full for our children at Niño Early Learning Adventurers in Point Cook. We would say Sam (center manager) is very professional, friendly, response and works well with others educators. She always listening what our goals and concerned about our children. Innovators and Investigators are doing great jobs. We are appreciated that. Thank you Niño teams and stay safe everyone
My daughter has been in Nino for the past 4 months. She is having a great experience. Always happy and excited to go. All the educators are very friendly and nice.
Nino early learning in Point cook is a 10/10 for us, not only do they have the best Self learning programs, but they have an outstanding fresh food menu all cooked by the lovely in-house chef!
From when our son was 8 months old (his nearly 2), his been attending Nino, at first we had such a hard time, due to deaths in the family and thanks to Sam (the centre manager), not only did she keep our sons spot for the week we had off (Due to the waiting list), she and her lovely staff have given us not just wise words as a mother but also guided us as a first time parents.
Not having any family close makes it hard as first time parents, with the staff always updating us on a daily basis (apart from the centre updates we always get), we know our son is in good hands as it’s his second home! I highly recommend those thinking of putting there babies there, as you will get more then you pay for!
From the moment we step in we are welcomed by all. It feels like I am dropping my daughter off at a family members house rather than a daycare centre.
My daughter absolutely hangs out for her days there. The staff are excellent and are spot on with my daughters needs. The food is incredible, the centre is often filled with the smell of home cooked wholesome food. Most importantly the centre is very very clean. We travel from 2 suburbs away because no other centres near us come even close to being as good as Niño.
The centre is clean and well presented. The staff are welcoming, professional and very caring towards my child we are very happy with the service.
