Nike South Wharf Factory Store reviews
71Customer service is non existing. Place is full of most lazy girls just chatting around doing nothing. However, the place has good range shoes at good prices.
Its all about which best offer you get at Nike. Quite busy place to visit on weekends and public holidays.
Extremely busy, no vaccination checks were being conducted, very easy experience compared to other stores that push for checks and inconvenience customers.
Many options, but they don't include some best sellers as they are considered "premium" versions.
If you are looking for cheaper Nike product; great place to start. Down-fall, do not expect “great” customer service; acceptable, yes.
Customer service was outstanding, Security guard was also greeting every customer as they entered inside the store.
Go Early! No stock by late afternoon. Staff are always super friendly and happy to help when needed.
Visited on Thursday morning 9 Dec and the staff were extremely unprofessional. Two young girls and a guy were too busy leaning against the shoe rack talking about life instead of assisting customers. Their conversation was immature and inappropriate. I walked out and purchased a pair of runners at Puma next door.
The store was keeping a close eye on numbers entering the store for COVID capacity limitations. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Plus the promotion of their app and the discounts it brings was discussed with all customers.
As I live in Melbourne CBD.and I love Nike products.this is the place I go to when I need to buy footwear or clothing.
This shop normally has a lot to offer (discount).
It's located in DFO area.where there are a lot of Factory outlet shops.
And the building is situated by Yarra riverside.with heaps of restaurants overlooking beautiful view.
———FAKE SALES———
1 Speaking of woman’s sales: when something is on sale the sizes are only L or XL, so if you size is S or M you might never get the chance to buy an item on sale.
Besides, last Boxing Day, there were a 40% discount on some shoes. At least that’s what I thought so.the price has been raised and then discounted of the 40%.
How do I know that?
I bought this Nike training shoes for 130$ couple of days before as I needed them for work, couple of days after I went back to the store as my colleague wanted to buy the same shoes and I thought to buy a second pair too seizing the opportunity as it was Boxing Day.
What I found out when I got to the shop was that the price has been raised up to 170$ with a discount of the 40% that brought the price to 102$.
Which yes, is a good price, but it’s not the 40% off from the original price of that shoes which should have been 78$!
***Open your eyes and don’t get tricked! ***
A huge range of Nike items at discount prices. Staff are always helpful and friendly which makes buying easy.
Didn't get into the store today. There was continuous queues the entire time I was at DFO Southbank. If you are wanting to visit this store in the weekend, be prepared to wait in line to get in or else visit during the week when there isn't so busy.
Nike South Wharf Factory Outlet store is the best Nike outlet store in Melbourne. I think people already knew this. Sometimes I would come here and find out about in store crazy discounts. And sometimes you can find amazing kicks for really good price.the clothing and accessories are also really good and price is always good. Would always come back every now and then.
Great selection and unbelievable bargain! Spacious, easy place to shop. If you're a Nike fan, this is a Must
Arrived at 5: 55pm just before close at 6pm. Security guy at the door refused us access even though we knew exactly what we wanted to buy. People still in there purchasing. Poor service, these guys want to leave work at 6pm rather than closing the door to customers at 6pm. Poor.
Hated this store. Overcrowded, nobody was following covid rules and felt like you had to fight to get service. Didn't stock anything I was after and couldn't get out quick enough.
I got the air Max one and faulty but they refused to change. It's been a while since I had a sore heel and now I realize it was from the shoes, I did not want to complain because they are doing the right thing but at least I expected them to replace their defective shoes which unfortunately they did not accept even though I was their regular customer.
If you're looking for a good bargain! This nike store is the right for you,
just a tip for you guys.
Called up to see if they stock a specific shoe in my size.
The girl on the phone came back 15 seconds later and said I should just go on the website instead of her having to look. It was my assumption that the factory store might have cheaper prices than the website, hence my query, but I guess not.
Avoid this store, just go straight to their website, as per the staff's suggestion.
