Nike Northland

Me with my 2 friends were there for about 5 minutes, nobody approached us to even greet us. Staff was just gossiping there and I was struggling to find my size. Poor service.

A big shout out to the girls at Nike Northland. Was looking for a pair of hard to find Nike runners and the very pleasant sales assistant, Madi, didn’t give up on her search for the stock. Happy and keen to assist are the team in Preston.

In a retail world where customer service is crucial, this store exceeds all expectations. Great vibe and great team. A very special mention to Stef (I hope that’s how you spell her name) who went above and beyond trying to source a pair of tracksuit pants that JD refused to sell me and the manager lacked any knowledge. Stef was amazing and said this is what retail and customer service is all about! I was so elated with her efforts that I became slightly emotional thanks again at the outstanding service I received. It definitely put JD to shame!

Massive thank you to the whole team @ Nike Northland, specially Steph who went above and beyond to order in the last size in the whole of Australia even while juggling multiple staff on a busy Saturday! Very happy with the service from start to finish!

I called the store today looking for a particular style of runner.
Nadia went above and beyond to locate the style for me.
She was amazing with her phone manner and communication, and genuinely wanted to help me.
She called me back within less than 10 mins telling me that she has located the style and size which was very scarce.
I decided to go into the store later and purchase my product in person.
Nadia was more than happy to express post the item to my home at no extra cost.
Customer service isn’t dead you just have to go to the right places.
Thanks Nadia for making my shopping experience a memorable one.

Customer service is A1, staff are extreme knowledgeable & always so welcoming. Stephanie is fabulous & extremely helpful manager & because of this it’s always my go to store.

Upon my purchase at Nike Northland tonight, the store was very tidy and presentable. The excellent customer service I received from Rachel and Tiggy was a highlight, thank you so much. I look forward to my next visit!

Stephanie was extremely friendly and very helpful. I was unaware of the loyalty offers I could access which were owed to me. Great customer service alerting me to this. I definitely walked out a very happy customer! Thank you for serving me and making sure I could get the most out of my shopping experience. I will return to shop at this store again.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received from Stephanie. She went out of her way to find stock that I was after and called me when it arrived in store! She served me with a smile which made my day!

I was beautifully assisted at the Nike store this morning! Both ladies working, Steph and Rachael, were lovely! They greeted me and knew how to help me with exactly what I was after! They offered advice and recommended the perfect clothing for me. They also took into consideration affordability and what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back to this store because of these lovely ladies! Thank you.

I have visited the store multiple times and have only ever received the best service! I went in the other day, and a girl with brunette hair, I believe her name was Rachel, was so incredibly helpful and always makes sure I have the best experience.

Visited your store yesterday and I just want to say how great the customer service is there. I come in about 2-3 times a week almost and there’s never been nobody that hasn’t greeted me they always have a happy smile on their faces and go above and beyond for me!

Always a great experience in there especially the brunette girl racheal and the blonde girl Steph always a laugh and a great customer experience. They are a great asset to your company:)
