I usually shop at other Nike stores but stumbled into this shop as I do not come to Eastland often. The manager Kumar was very welcoming and instantly form rapport with me. He was very patient and courteous while I took my time to try on clothes and asked many questions. The whole process was so enjoyable as we did some small talk while I was going through my purchases. The range of Nike products here are excellent and I had trouble choosing what to buy. Absolutely love their policy of refund as I tend to be an impulsive buyer. I had since visited this store a few times because of the excellent service by Kumar! Just do it!
