Nike Chapel St

Consistently patient, friendly and attentive service by all staff members (and security guard). There’s clearly a good rapport amongst staff and I always find what I’m after. Good stock of full price + sale items too. My go to Nike store.

My Sunday afternoon visit to the Nike store left much to be desired. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, I was disappointed by the lack of help due to my small feet. The sales assistant suggested I check the kids' section and later ignored my requests for suggestions.

After an additional 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave and went to another nearby store. There, I received exceptional assistance and ironically found the Nike shoes I wanted in the same size that the other store had, due to their smaller fit.

If the Nike Store had provided better assistance, I could have tried the shoes on and made a purchase right away. It's clear that the store missed out on a sales opportunity and a satisfied customer due to poor service.

The BEST Nike store in Melbourne! Always the highest level of customer service! Thank you very much Nike-Chapel St.

I always shop from Nike chapel st and Mr LO is the guy who’s always giving best services and respect a lot and I’m glad to have this store next to my home.

Went in looking for AirMax 90’s. Very little Range. What I was willing to settle for the plain white ones they hadn’t any in my size only a size to large and the Ones with the colours that I dislike the most they only had in a half size to small. Unimpressive, customer service was 3 1/2 out of 5 when asked where I might be able to find other colour variations of the airmax90s I wasn’t able to get much information to point me in the right direction

They were very helpful with the decision for my shoes.

3 months into a $250 pair of shoes (Nike Air Zoom Vomero 16) and they just fall apart. I have been trying to get this resolved with the store for over a month now.
Buy here at your own warning, the shoes are not holding up and there is no customer service at all.

Would give 0 if was possible. Have had better communication on hold than from the staff here

The staff are great being friendly interested and knowledgeable. The store has a great range especially a great range of basketball shoes. Sometimes they have the models hard to find at other stores.

Unprofessional and rude staff, do not go into this store unless you want to feel judged or belittled, especially from the bitter old man awkwardly glaring from behind the counter who I am assuming is the retail manager at this sad excuse for a Nike establishment, the poor treatment to customers this store's staff provide stems down from lack of training and management, do better.
