Nightcap at St Albans Hotel

This hotel has very good service staff. There is a handsome Vietnamese guy who enthusiastically gives instructions. It's a pleasure to come to Australia and meet him and welcome him to our country. He's cheerful and friendly.

Apartment was large, beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast boxes were super convenient. 10 % discount in bistro & food was lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free drink for all 5 of us (beer, wine or soft drink). Bottled water in the fridge. Great location being just around the corner from the train station. Very happy with our stay.

The room is clean and large and the staff friendly. However I do think a it should be clearly stated by the hotel that there are no elevators and that I have to lug my luggage up two flights of stairs! Secondly there are no hairdryers provided which I would have expected for this rate of hotel. Lastly shower pressure is kind of weak.

This is my second time at nightcap hotel, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. (specially MJ) They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting St. Albans.

Entry to accomadation is up some stairs which is off the pokies / entry to the hotel.
Upon arriving to our room we found that the carpet tile flooring was stained, unvacuumed with many bits of small rubbish on the floor and the room was overall untidy.
Beds were clean and comfortable.
We stayed two nights, so in the morning though a coffee would be great, but no milk in the fridge. As the reception doesn't open until 10am, there was no way of getting any milk.
After going out for breakfast, we returned and mentioned to the cleaning staff that the room requires vacuuming and milk.
All good I thought.
Arriving back that night, the room was still not vacuumed, my soap I bought to the hotel was gone, but there was milk in the fridge, but so I thought. The next morning made the coffee and the milk was three weeks overdue and had curdled the coffee.
I am dissapointed in the whole experience.

I was greeted warmly and with extra care by Hotel employee MJ, who made me very happy. Also, the room was a nice place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. I would recommend that any frz visiting Mel stay here. Such a nice service!

Stayed here for a few nights had amazing customer service the staff were very pleasant and did not hesitate to meet all of our needs, room was extremely clean and maintained well, food was awesome, will definitely stay here again and recommend to all friends and family! Thanks guys!

From the time I walked into St. Albans hotel I was looked after by a friendly staff member in the gaming room. Cameron was very approachable in the way he welcomed us to the hotel with a beverage (coffee and soft drink) he also assisted us to information on what was happening around the venue. Cameron was very knowledgeable on what was happening inside his workplace.
Highly recommend visiting this hotel, defiantly an experience that you and your family will cherish

Extremely accommodating and very well priced for the quality of the rooms. Best night sleep I’ve had in a long time (super comfortable beds). I’ve had a very stressful few weeks and as I was only in the area on very short notice, they took my booking quickly and efficiently and was checked in within the hour. Would recommend to anyone.

The rooms are big and spacious, clean and in a great area. The hotel offers great meals and a sportsbar to catch up with friends for a drink. Great parking and easy access to our room. Thanks see you again soon

The service was unreal, the people here are extremely welcoming and you can just chat to them all night.rooms are amazing aswell. John and Cameron were extremely helpful and super nice.only planned on staying 1 night and ended up staying for 2.

The staff and location is what will make me come back again and recommend to family and friends. Cameron really went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable and went above and beyond. The atmosphere, location and staff was awesome!

Superior service, especially from John and Cameron. Rooms are very nice, walking distance to alot.

Terrific Hotel with reasonable prices and fantastic facilities and very good reasonably priced bistro menu and also very friendly staff that will accommodate for you’re every needs would recommend a night here
