Nightcap at Gateway Hotel

Awesome for my family booked two rooms for one night. Customer service was amazing professional friendly staff. Was very pleased with my stay.

Beds were not comfortable at all this time we stayed. Need new mattresses. Rooms weren't cleaned very well either.

Very tasty smorgasbord.pristine rooms.staff are excellent and amazing to deal with.nothing is a problem.see you soon.

Had the most amazing lunch today at the gateway. Staff were lovely and such a great range of food. Definitely booking early for next year

Meal cooked tp perfection and the variety was excelent. Room were great and the heck in was easy with the precheck ing text. Will be back.

A comfy and stylish place to stay in Corio. The Feast buffet was delicious and very affordable.

Great place if your really hungry and enjoy buffet, my first time going there good old fashion buffet plenty of hot food from curry's to roast beef or pork and fish products like beautiful snapper with creamy white sauce oven cooked also fried fish & chips plus cold seafood and salads prawns mussels and don't forget you've also got desserts and soft serv ice cream vanilla and chocolate, everything is self serving.

Not bad for the price but it's hit and miss. If they have a lot of bookings the food will be superior than if they're quiet. Also $100 for a family of four is pushing the envelope.

Staff were really professional in their work. The food was also very good. My visit to the Gateway Hotel was good if not better than I thought it would be.

Older kids had a great time and filled their tummies. Would be great to have a lower rate for kids under 8 etc. I loved the new variety of food and desert bar. Time for kids playroom upgrade too! Another location in the east would be awesome

Once again my stay at the Gateway hotel was great. Freindly and help staff, the room were clean and the buffet was great too. Be back again.

Service was good got sent to the all you can eat instead of where we was meant to be so had to walk back after waiting in line

As usual value for money. Also wonderful service at no extra cost. Attendants did make my wife and I feel at home from first contact

Our experienced in the Getaway Hotel was so nice a lady who I chatted, God Bless Her she was kind but other guy wasn't kind at all, shouldn't be a judgemental because of my colour or nationality am I right? Yeap I am right but still I'll recommend to my friends for sure.

First visit to this place. We had good time in this place as we found it meet our budget. It located near the highway. Even it took 15 mins to reach eastern beach, but the serenity of the hotel was absolutely terrific.
The check in was thorough but very easy, need to sign contract to look after hired room which is ok. The room was very modern, stylish, and cozy. Equiped with AC, bar fridge, electric kettle, iron and the table, hair dryer, table with 3 chairs, open wardrobe which attached to bench with shoe shelf underneat it.
They provide coffee and tea on the table and underneat the table there was bar fridge. Inside the bar fridge they put milk and bottle drinks as the water tap was salty.
The king + single bed were so comfortable, enough to make us sleep bit longer and spent time in bed.
We also experienced great moment on the buffet. Variety foods was served but as usual, i hit the one i like. There was playground and live show stage, however there was no show that night.
The vanilla ice cream machine was very slow in producing ice cream but it wont disappoint us.
They have plenty car park for the whole community tho, which is good things.
And bottle shop is just 1 min walking away.
Note: always use main entrance of the hotel, not the back one.
Also book the buffet to get 10% off the price.
Very recommended hotel.

Had a really great experience there, the rooms were neat and clean, the staff were friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Great value for money. Quiet. Good location as it's just a quick drive to everything you may need. Overall more then pleased with my experience there. Thankyou guys:)

Thanks for giving us an amazing night out, your new and improved buffet was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a family birthday.
Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, all staff were attentive and went that extra mile to make the night even more special for the birthday boy and our guests.

Highly recommend and it’s a credit to the staff for being so friendly and approachable in this fast paced bistro.

Went in for dinner last Saturday and was served by the lovely Georgina! Even with a mask on, you could tell she was smiling! Such a lovely positive presence and despite being very busy she managed to stay and have a chat with my son. She was the highlight of our dinner and we will be heading back down for her wonderful service! The food was also a great price and very fresh!
