Food is Pricey. Those who said the pulao is same as Savour have absolutely no idea. Ask a pindi boy. Its nothing like Savour but its a very good pulao regardless. For a $50 karahi, you would expect some garnishing. Chappli Kababs were dry and over fried. On a more positive note, the staff was friendly and the food was freshly cooked.

Wao! One of the best place to eat Authentic Pakistani food. Everything was just amazing, whether it was Paluo, Shami Kebab, Lahori Chicken karahi, lamb seekh kebab or chapal kebab. Service is also very good staff is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about food and menu.

Great location on Lygon Street, however finding a parking spot can be very challenging in that area. Their Karahi (both chicken and mutton) is very delicious. Ambience is very good and its a pretty spacious restaurant. Highly recommended.

Food is overall good. Just reduce the quantity of oil in Chicken/lamb karahi while serving. Thank you

"I visited this place on 22/07/2023 with my friends. The food was very tasty, featuring typical Pakistani cuisine. However, I was utterly disappointed with the service as it took almost 50 minutes for the food to arrive. We decided to order additional food, but that turned out to be a mistake as it further added to the frustrating wait time. "

A must try restaurant I would say a hidden gem. Simple food preparation but we loved it as food was so fresh. The only suggestion is to add more vegetarian options.

Finally decided to try this restaurant, we usually go to restaurant next door.
Sat down to order, prepared $100+ order. I don’t eat lamb so we requested if we can swap lamb for chicken. All restaurants accommodate this, I mean whats so hard?

Small request was declined, staff didn’t even bother to ask from kitchen staff.
Not a good first impression honestly.

Unfortunately, we had to leave and go to the restaurant next door, they happily accommodated as always.

Thats how you make and keep customers.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing karahi and naans. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Very good and an authentic Pakistani food available in Melbourne.
The quality of the food is exceptional here. We went all the way from Adelaide and loved the taste of every bite.

We recently visited Melbourne for a day. Someone recommended we eat at Night Spark Restaurant. My husband and I have searched for the perfect karhai and after a 30year search we found the best Dumba Karhai here! Not only that, the owner/chef, Hussain, personally came out to greet us with a smile and offered green tea on the house. Amazing food and un matched hospitality!

The karahis are very authentic. For a good hearty pakistani meal.this restaurant is a must try.

One of the most pathetic restaurant I ever been to we waited for an hour for our order. I do understand it’s a new years night and you guys were busy. They served the people who came after us no one told us what’s happening with our order waitresses were roaming around doing nothing looking busy. Our biggest mistake that we’d trusted you with your food and service but you just ruined our night.

Peshawari Karahi was brilliantly cooked, very tender, moist and superb delicious.

Service was quick, and best customer service. Atmosphere was excellent. No issue with the parking. Best family place for lunch/dinner.

If you don’t want to pick up phone calls then throw your phone away. Lack of staff and always make excuses we are busy and we can’t serve to more customers and they close their kitchen at 10 and the closing time is 12. If you can’t handle your business then why you open it. On the other hand staff is very unprofessional and uneducated. They don’t understand english at all. Customer service is very poor, if you order food it takes 1: 30 hours to be on your table.
Not recommended at all.

Great food, super rich and full of flavour. Unfortunately they had ran out of boneless chicken but the chef came out and talked us through some other options - swapped out for a bone-in chicken dish and a lamb dish - both were excellent.

Just had it Yesterday, tried Lahori Chargha and mann that was really a Lahori Chargha 10 on 10. Keep it up

Recently tried it with my work colleagues, TOP QUALITY. I have not eaten such tasty and not overly spiced Pakistani Desi food anywhere in Melbourne which makes it ideal for family with young kids as well as locals who dont want to have too much spices. More importantly both place and food is very clean which u don't see in majority of Desi Restaurants. Tried Puloa, Lahore Churgha, Both Chicken and Lamb Kerhai, Mango Lassi, Somosa chaat, butter and garlic naan, everything was fresh and tasty. Thanks Night Spark Restaurant.

Excellent service and absolute finger-licking food. Night spark Dumba karahi was delicious and Shami Pulao was five stars too.
We went there first time and they offer their biryani as speciality and surely it was one of the best biryani around Melbourne. Even the tea was splendid and the quantity was just right. Naan were bigger than average size.overall it was a great experience.

Great food, Hard-working staff trying to give their best. Variety of food is great, they cook everything fresh so there is a little wait time involved but worth it.
Owners are extremely kind and nice.
