I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Sam, he has taken great care o f me for sometime now and proudly regard him as my family doctor.

The Staff at NMC deserve a medal!

The calm under unrelenting Covid pressure, the efficiency and personalised caring attention are second to none.

The wait sometimes may seem excessive, this is only further proof of Dr Sam’s, and all the other medical and allied health staffs proficiency and caring and attention to detail which is crucial in a healthcare setting!

Just like the below comments, the reception staff are hopeless and could use additional training. They make errors and argue/blame you for it instead of trying to right THEIR wrong. Rachel to be specific, was complaining about the situation while another receptionist was trying to help, this can be heard in the background of the call.

Good Doctors but reception need their bookings and counter conversations recorded then they wouldnt be able to blame patients for their receception desk shortcomings and mistakes.

The team are very helpful and kind, Dr Sam Zagarella, Megan and Dorevitch Pathology staff. Highly recommend NMC.

Absolutely disgraceful discriminatory behaviour by this medical centre. I was denied entry and subsequent healthcare due to them operating illegally in relation to covid mandates, then received an abusive phone call from the principal doctor, the owner! So sad. Boycott this place.

They let you wait for hours. Then you are out before you are in.

I found Dr Tony Bartone extremely rude. It wasn't just my view by the way!

Been a patient here for about 10 years. Had appointments with the nurses, doctors, psychologist & pathology upstairs. Reception staff are great, always try to fit you in and help where they can.everyone I've dealt with over the years have been friendly and professional. Nibo is my favourite, she's a cool doctor - makes you feel comfortable and is very smart.

Been going to this medical centre for the last few years. The doctors are fantastic in particular Dr Nibo Wu. She is very professional, provides very clear explanations and makes you feel comfortable as a patient.

Been seeing Sam for quite a number of years. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and will leave no stone unturned! If you're sick, he'll find out why. Nice bloke too.

Have been going to this practice for multiple years now. I've been seeing Dr. Andrew Bahardeen recently - he's always very efficient, asks insightful questions, is very clear with his advice and seems to run a very timely schedule.

Called up due to a virus scare and the staff were such an amazing help. Genuine people who care for their patients. Highly recommend the 2 lovely nurses

I have been going to Niddrie Medical Centre for approx 25 years. Dr Sam Zagarella and the team are amazing. I get accurate and thorough information, my health is always a high priority and Dr Zagarella always answers all questions. I have always been looked after with high standards. All of my medical needs are conveniently in one clinic. Love the entire team.

Can’t speak highly enough of the Niddrie Medical Centre. The duty of care, expertise and professionalism extended by everyone there is always appreciated.

Im a pretty patient person. Waited for 1 hour and a quarter to see the doctor. Not particularly busy. Patients coming in after me went in. After 45 mins asked when I would see the doctor and was told I was next, waited another 30 mins and then 1 the 5 receptionists discovered I hadn’t been in before and asked me to fill in the new patient details. They obviously had forgotten me, how I don’t know there 4-5 patients at most waiting at any one time. Had enough by this stage told them to cancel the appointment and never to return. That’s service at it’s worst.

The team at Niddrie Medical Clinic are alway accommodating, and helpful. Have been seeing them for years and now travel across Melbourne knowing they will always have you best interests at heart.

There can be long waits here in the middle of the day, even with an appointment, but the doctors are good.

Dr Zag and his staff are great - nice people, you don't feel uncomfortable coming in and very knowledgable.
