Since moving houses my son had been progressively getting more and more difficult to parent. Moving house, lock down and then a new sibling was all a bit much and we were spending our days navigating through multiple lengthy meltdowns.
One visit to Nicky and my 3 year old son is a changed boy. He is calm and balanced and happy. It's been three weeks and not a single meltdown. He gets upset but is able to regulate himself back in less than a minute. He is happily compliant and engaging with others in a gentle manner.

Me and my family’s experience with Nicky has been beyond amazing. We started with my highly anxious 4 year old, who was having panic attacks and meltdowns, and is also a beyond fussy eater. I was at a loss as to what I could do to help him. Following a friends recommendation we saw Nicky, and from the first visit he started to shift and change and there was a visible difference in my sons whole persona. Since then, he has come along in leaps and bounds, his confidence is growing daily, he’s trying new foods! He is like a new child, a happy one!
It took me a while longer to prioritise my own needs and see Nicky, and I was actually an emotional wreck. Having suffered anxiety myself all my life (yep, my son can thank me for that gene!) I’d pushed myself too far without recognising the signs that I wasn’t really myself anymore- I could not stop crying and all I had to do was text Nicky- and I saw her that morning! I never really understood the changes in chayse as I hadn’t experienced them. But I actually left my appointment feeling like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I was able to laugh and truly enjoy my children, my work, my life again. My mindset had changed, it’s only been 4 days since I last saw her and I have not laughed and joked around with my kids like I have the last few days in a very long time. The whole house is happier, more relaxed and it’s thanks to Nicky, for working with me and recognising my needs.

Nicky has made such a positive impact in our family, she is someone we trust, can talk to, and just accepts us for who we are- and helps us rather than judges us.

I had quite bad hay fever that was making any outdoor activity a pain! I am now able to garden/mow the lawns again without any watering eyes or nose. Within 3-4 session I was hay fever free and medication free!
