I had a great experience with Adam. He was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the selection process for a recliner sofa and couch. Adam's product knowledge and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable, and we felt confident in our choices thanks to his assistance. Highly recommend his expertise at Nick Scali.

I had good customer service when they took my money. However I wish I read the reviews before buying a couch. 10-12 week estimate turns into 15-16, week, but you have to chase them to find this out.

Honestly if you find something just as good somewhere else, go somewhere else.

I too will also echo the reviews posted by others here recently. The Sales Team are exceptional, relational and the furniture itself is of decent quality that you would not mind waiting an extended period of time to obtain. But the after sales and delivery service are completely unacceptable, especially when the fault is on the business.

We purchased a Sofa set late last year understanding through the sales team that COVID delays and holiday constraints meant the product would take time to deliver. We accepted the 10 - 12 weeks of expected delivery time (EDT), also waiting beyond the additional 2 - 3 weeks of EDT as given by the contract (it is meant to be 2 weeks only but they inserted an additional week). It has now passed this period.

We contacted Nick Scali to discuss options but sales staff, under instruction from the manager, refused to engage or take responsibility or to otherwise attempt to remedy this situation. According to ACCC guidelines for Consumer Rights on "provided within a reasonable time" we are now entitled to some sort of compensation. The only thing they did do, was let me know that "we can't provide anything to you, my friend". They have continued to delay any compromise and I have had to speak with multiple staff from head office just to be heard.

Echoing previous reviews: Miserable after sales experience and terrible customer service (from sellers).

When it comes to sales they perfect, when it comes to delivery they are the worst. The first delivery was damaged and second delivery drivers wasnt sure they even doing. And also Adam from essendon nick scali said delivery driver takes back all the rubbish boxes and they left everything. Dont even buy a thing for a dollar here. Absolutely disappointment

SOS. One of the worst services I've ever received in my whole life.
Who said telsta was bad, OMG the worst customer service over the phone. One can't speak to the store, one can't book a delivery date, one can't fix a pick up date because their system never works. If I had a chance, I'd give back my furniture.if thats still an option can someone from nick scali call me and refund me my money and take back the furniture.

When I bought the furniture it was supposed to be floor stock, when i went to book delivery it seems the container hasn't arrived as yet, this is called a scam and a joke.
How does such business get away with this scam.

Can some authority get behind them and investigate this scam.

They don’t deserve even one star,
I purchased lounge from them with extended warranty I have been trying to get in contact with them and they don’t want to honour the warranty by hanging up on us, the WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I will be taking them to consumer affairs

Very dissatisfied with the couch I bought from Nick Scali. I bought a 4 seated couch with a recliner and also chase. The materials were from separate colour batches, so within the couch, there were differing colour tones. The sales rep came out and took photos and examined the couch and claimed that I was wrong and the couch was fine. I had an independent profile done from a furniture manufacturer and they wrote a report stating the different colour lots used. Nick scali refused to accept this report and give me a refund. The couch was hard and with my disability, I could not sit on it for long periods. I am so disappointed that they refused to acknowledge my concerns and their lack of care. This has been an ongoing battle with them since 2020. Don’t except luxury products, or service from this company, but only expect bad conduct and bad manners.

Staff very welcoming and helpful- Very hard to get these days.
Prices are sharp too. Can’t wait for our dream couch.

Hi, I visited the essendon store, the staff was very helpful there, the guy Amlan really served me good, he gave me really good deal sofas, unfortunately sofa dimensions doesn't fit properly to my living, after one day I email to amlan and he is agree to refund full amount without any questions, so I am waiting for refund hopefully I will get in few days

Worst customer service ever.you need to call 10 times to get a response back and that too for a very rude response. No communication on the order that has been delayed. After spending over 8 grands on a couch, you get to listen to a very rude rep.

Furniture store. Some nice pieces to be found. Prices seemed reasonable but not sure of delivery times. Didn't ask as I wasn't looking to buy anything.

Purchased the Slater couch, terrible quality. Had it for 2 weeks and already looking worn-out. The sales person wasn't helpful and didn't ask questions or offer advice consider we have kids at home. Won't be ordering again. First and last time

Worst furniture experience ever!
We went in to Nick Scali in NOVEMBER thinking its a well known company that will provide us with the best furniture and best services…not the case at all.
Imagine ordering a pair of couches in NOVEMBER and not getting them not even in APRIL and when we asked about them every time we wouldn’t get a clear update, last update was today.we called today to check because they said the couches would definitely be here mid April.and guess what they say there’s a delay! And they MIGHT arrive in may and they simply offered a refund after a 5 month wait! After pay service was incredibly bad they never gave us updates unless we asked (the opposite of what the sales person promised).
They blame covid but the countries opened up and everything is mostly back to normal and most importantly all the other furniture stores are providing and delivering furniture within a normal waiting time. Im probably getting the refund and canceling the order. Definitely do not recommend.

There are lots of salespeople there clamouring to get your custom

But the furniture seems ok. Many modular configuration & fabric/leather options for all designs.

Quoting lead times of 4+months, longer than other furniture stores we've visited.

Nicki was very rude and unhelpful, she was degrading in her approach because we weren’t couch experts…. Sorry maybe next time we will get our diploma in couch sciences before we go shopping for a sofa
