Having recently underwent an upper bilateral blepharoplasty undertaken by the incredibly highly skilled and talented Dr Ramakrishnan, I have to say the outcome exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, the entire process from time of the initial call made to the clinic to completion of the aftercare follow up, was seamless. This is a very professional organisation, with highly professional staff, that will provide you with reassurance in the journey and most importantly the best possible outcome. Cannot speak highly enough of my surgical journey with Niche Plastics and in particular, Mr Ramakrishnan who performed a highly successful surgery dealing with a facial masseter nerve transfer and a facial reanimation procedure.
Having dealt with complications from Shingles in one ear, Ramsay Hunt syndrome is not an easy medical situation to deal with. I feel truly blessed for having been referred to Mr Ramakrishnan as I can now look forward to retrieving my lost smile.

My Niche Plastic Surgery experience has been the best ever, from their first meet and greet receptionist, the Nurses, and especially the surgeon himself Dr R Barton. He is the kindest, caring and happiest Doctor you could ever meet. I would recommend this Surgery to anyone who wishes to have any surgery they may need. Dr Barton is also a master of his craft - I had my arms reduced after a large weight loss and also, after years of suffering from shoulder and back pain due to large breasts, Dr Barton reduced them to a perfect size, and I'm extremely happy with the way they turned out.

Mr Ramakrishnan performed eye lid surgery in late January (2023) and my experience and outcome have both been wonderful.

I am now much more confident in my appearance, as previously I always had a complex with my heavy bottom eye lid bags on both eyes.

The difference Mr Ramakrishnan has made not only to my facial appearance but my confidence has been incredible, I couldn't be happier

Last month 16 June 2022, I just have a top surgery is call Bilaterial subcutaneous mastectomy with Doctor Richard Barton, I am transgender️‍️. Doctor and the administration staff nurses are so friendly, professional and amazing services. I am so confident and satisfied with the outcome of my chest. I do many researcher to find a good plastic surgeon in Australia. Lastly I found one Niche Plastic surgery is make me feel comfortable and happy.
