Nice Image & Photos

I had a picture printed out, mounted and framed here yesterday. The staff had execptional technical knowlege and caring customer service, their entire focus was to get the best result possible for me. This is the second time I have been here, the last time was about 5 years ago for some family photos in a frame, they did a great job that time as well.

The best photo printing in the area. Very sharp and clear. Very eager to make a sale and expect payment before your photo is printed or the before the project is created. Be sure your photo is good quality before printing because they will not fix it for you. They are lacking in customer service, not the friendliest staff, so know before you go.

I always come here to get my film developed, the gentleman there is very helpful and knowledgeable. I always get my film in less than a week!

This is ridiculous, I called to make sure they do passport image and they told me the price it $24 then when I came she said oh no, for a child it’s $30 for exactly the same process! What a crook

I don't usually write reviews but I've had the WORST experience at this place! Not only are they extremely rude and unprofessional, their prices to develop disposable cameras is over double what the going rate is. I had to get photos from my honeymoon developed and 1 whole film was ruined. The lady gave me a $4 refund, when it costs over $30 to develop one film. What a joke! Never setting foot into this money grabbing, awful place again. Don't waste your money here.

Have had a number of good experiences here. Ying, the manager is highly skilled, and very professional. A great help in getting all the family photo albums up to date during the lockdown. Also did a complicated picture framing job.good value and responsive

Man working at Nice Image and Photo in Elsternwick was extremely aggressive towards me when I returned to the store the next day to say that the NZ passport photos they took did not meet NZ government requirements. I showed them a print out of the NZ passport application and he yelled at me arguing that he was right and showed me his point of reference which was 123passportphoto.com. His manner was very threatening and at one point it looked like he went to lock the entry to the store. I was there alone. The lady saw I was very upset and I guess she told him to go away and she tried to resolve the situation. I just wanted to leave and asked for a refund but she pointed to a sign and refused. So I had to stay while she attempted to correct the photo. I left shaken and in tears. Disgusting behaviour - not only to a customer, but to a woman.

Extremely unprofessional in dealing with customers. Save your time and money and get your passport photos done at the post office. They have a sign up saying no refunds on passport photos so I guess they get quite a few complaints

I needed to frame a very special drawing of my deceased dog so I wanted it to be a good quality frame. I got the most wonderful service, the staff here are so attentive and they even framed it for me for no extra cost! The frame I got is made in Australia and is incredible value and quality. Price, service and quality is fantastic! I’ll be back!

Large selection of picture frame but particularly unhelpful and unfriendly people running the store, plus happy to charge extra for using a card, I mean how out of touch can you be.won't be back.

I stumbled across this store by accident and I'm so glad I did. Being a pensioner every cent has to stretch far. The store owners provided me with the framed print I've been trying to buy for ages, but literally at a fraction of the cost. It looks amazing and I'm so happy. I couldn't be happier. I very highly recommend this store. Thank you.

Took photos for Canadian Permanent Residency passport submission at this place after I got rejection for the photos taken at office works. The lady here is well informed about the photo requirement and specifications. Although they charge 5$ extra for taking photos of children below 2, the lady took enough effort to take a nice photo of my little one. For adults they charge 22$ for 4 no's 50x70 photos.

We have been here several times. Always does a great job with photos and framing. If you have photos that special pay a few dollars more for a far superior photo. Ying is also great at photoshopping some not so great shots and making them perfect. Thank you

One of very few photo shopswith a great range of frames and albums. They also offer printing for traditional photography on 35mm films. Highly recommended!

Had several prints framed here. Very professional and friendly service and I was very, very happy with the final product. High quality frames, reasonable price and only had to wait a day for my order to be completed.

Horrible experience. The guy clearly didn‘t know what he was doing and they overcharge for everything.

Came here to print a photo off my phone after having trouble at Officeworks, staff were friendly and got it printed for me on the spot.

I went to this shop to develop photos from my film camera. I told the lady there multiple times i did not want prints, just the photos on a usb. She confirmed to me this is what i ordered and charged me $19. They were ready 5 days later, and when i went to pick them up they were prints, and no usb. I told the owner i had not ordered this, however he would not give me usb versions. I had to pay an extra $6 for the digital version AND $13 for a usb.cost me nearly $40 alltogether, i will not be going back there, very poor service.and extremely insensitive.
