Great company to deal with! The lady on the phone was very efficient and processed our order straight away, even happily organised delivery for the next day considering it was short notice. The driver was great, reversed like a champion down our long narrow driveway. Was a little later on the delivery but hey that is always expected. Thanks team! Wait time is ridiculous. Had to drive to another location to pick up load and was told someone would be there. I got there and waited 15 minutes and no one shows up. Called to see what is going on and was told another 5-10min, those minutes went by and still noone. Wasted over 40minutes waiting and mind you they were not even busy when I went to pay for my order so I don't know why it took so long. Just a frustrating experience, very disappointed. Other places would take 5minutes tops to have you loaded and be sent on your way.

Firstly I’d like to start off by saying these guys are nice people, the owner is really nice and a gentleman. The reason for my 1 star review is due to the fact that on many occasions including today, I’ve been here and waited 40 minutes to be loaded up with what is not even one metre of stone that I’d paid for. The fact that nobody knows the stock levels at the other yard I’ve been sent to is ridiculous. I arrive to the yard and nobody is there. Any other garden supplies you are in and out within a maximum of 5 minutes. The staff cannot speak English and there is no sense of urgency here. We are all running businesses and I can safely say the wait time over my last few visits has been in the hours.hours upon hours. I usually let it go and never say anything but this is getting ridiculous. I feel like us tradies are treated like mugs unless we are the same nationality. It’s almost as if it’s too much of a task to do what their job is meant to be. For the amount of
Time you lose at nice backyard, you are better off paying that extra 10-30 per cubic metre to be on your way straight away. It’s now been almost 50 minutes I’ve lost and I’m just heading back to my job. The arrogance of the workers here is absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t like the job, don’t go to work.

Nice people, helpful unfortunately the yard was very messy unorganized and unkempt. Many products didn't have prices clearly marked.

I have been dealing with Nice Backyard over 3.5 years now. As the market has grown so has Nice Backyard.

We run a construction firm and we order 90% of our Raw Materials from Nice Backyard. Wether we need Crushed rock or Timber Materials, we get it from them. The owner of the business is the reason we order everything from this place. He is Very helpful, Very Solution Finder and Very professional in every way you would expect someone to be in such field.

I have always had a great service and surely we will continue to experience such great service.

I wouldn't bother with this business. I called ahead twice to confirm they had stock as it was a 40min drive to their business from our site. Once I arrived they were happy to take our money, but it turned out they didn't have the stock, nor did they actually check stock levels when I called twice before.

They subsequently tried to push a completely different product on us and when I asked for a full refund, they wouldn't refund the full amount claiming that the bank had taken fees.

In short, terrible customer service and a poorly run operation.

We won't be using or recommending them to anyone in our network now or into the future.

Iam running a small business of landscaping and since day one I have been ordering material from NICE BACKYARD. They have huge variety of material and number of options available to choose from. They have amazing customer service. Ravinder (Ravi) is one of the exceptionally brilliant manager (owner) of the store who always organises material deliveries on time and keep us well informed.
