Nick, at the beginning was very responsive and helpful. Once he took our deposit, the excuses began. He came out for a day and pretended to start
work. He did nothing and we can no longer get hold of him and has stolen our deposit. Do not give your money to this CROOK!

Fence was built fantastically by nick. He was very professional with quoting and installation. Amazing tradesman ship was shown with attention to detail. Communication was great, I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a new fence to be built. Thanks for your great work.

Our timber paling fence was dilapidated. We were recommended to NHG by a friend. It took 6 weeks from signing to get the new fence, but it was worth the wait. We were kept informed at the outset of the long lead time. Nick and Josh were professional and provided a great finished product.

Contacted Nick as after 9 months of it being erected as the panels have been wobbling from the posts and fence not secure. I have emailed him and spoken to him to which he said he would fix. Ignored all requests and still has not attended to inspect and repair. Poor workmanship and no integrity.

I have engaged NHG replaced my damaged fence to a brand new fence in September. But it has already tilted in November. The service is terrible and no response at all. They have left all those leftover materials, and all the dirt everywhere surrounding the fence post which should have been appropriately placed. Definitely the job wasn't done with care. Now the council has inspected also, advised me clearly NHG must honor the workmanship warranty during this short period of time. I texted message to them and expecting them to come over to fix all the issues, but NHG never response my call and text message, nothing like before when they wanted the job! I don't think they have show their integrity in the work and to their clients. Please be careful to use them! Caution!
