7Have been a regular, getting my haircuts at Ngoc Lan for 8 years now (and counting). It's always been great value, and I've never had a bad haircut here in all that time. I almost always have mine done by the owner Cong who is friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable/will make great suggestions that I'm always very happy and pleased with.
Very poor service, no communication with the customer and awful haircut. Truly one of the worst haircuts I had in Melbourne. The owner is such a lazy slacker that doesn't want to use any ️ and just runs with clippers. Avoid under all circumstances.
Not too bad during Covid-19 times. Professional, courteous and cordial. Excellent service and haircut from Tony.
My go to place for everything for hair needs, from haircut to perms - staff are always friendly and happy to accomodate where they can, they catered to my needs. Always very happy with the service at a very affordable price
Bad experience they are money maker, they burn my hairs zero result in straightening don't go there ever
One staff member was extremely rude when I was describing the hair cut wanted and pushed my hand away but the one doing it was friendly although she wasn't the most tidy with the cutting. But for $20 it was alright!
I go for several times, good price and they are professional, friendly, and dont have to wait for a long time, fast served with nice quality, im satisfy with this salon:)
