13I've had bad experience not long ago, the person behind the counter wouldn't let me use my coupon that I got from 5 of my Herald Sun newspapers from my local Coles supermarket for the 2023 AFL Premiers Collingwood bumper sticker because she apparently has been copping a lot of abuse and backlash, so then I had to purchase another 5 Herald Sun newspapers just to get my 2023 AFL Premiers Collingwood stickers, it's a disgrace. This shop team members need to be spoken about how they treat their customers
I completely disagree with that comment Jake Bozinovski.
Connie and Claire are doing a tremendous job.
They are both the kindest and most considerate ladies I have ever come across in retail.
The abuse I witnessed there today was absolutely disgraceful. How would you feel if that was your wife or daughter just trying to do their job?
If you have an issue direct it to the HERALD SUN newspaper. It clearly said that the sticker today would be at Coles, Woolies and participating newsagents.
It’s not the ladies fault the Herald Sun failed to deliver the stickers to any of the Coles or Woolies in the surrounding areas or the right amount of stickers to go with todays paper delivery to their store.
Keep doing your amazing job ladies!
This store has a fantastic array of items on sale, only to be let down by terrible customer service. Out of three cashiers, only one was open even though there was a queue of over 10 people. It took forever just to purchase a small item, while other staff members who were not at the till stood around tapping away on their phones. I purchased 6 large serving bowls, and by the time I got to the front of the queue, my arms were on fire. I’d suggest opening more tills and for staff to perhaps use their phones elsewhere, instead of in front of waiting customers.
Great wariety, considering I only wanted a few lottery tickets. Instead, I ended up getting a few gifts, magazines. Happy shopping
This place is more than just a newsagent. Along with all the usual things you expect to find at a newsagent they have a shop full of beautiful things to purchase for gifts or yourself. Many lovely things to look at. Its one of my favorite places to go into at Westfield now. Staff are friendly.
Great place to buy that one special thing that's a bit different.
Staff need to smile more.
Staff here was friendly and not so pushy with the syndicates. They also have a large range of gift items which was good when you are in a hurry and remembers someone's birthday last min.
Very good service with a smile. Glad to see they had the QR code for checking in. So easy to see and do.
This is our Local.love Woolies. Bakers Delight and the 2 coffee shops are great. Chemist Warehouse could lift their game!
Thank you for always getting my pens - I loose them so much and you always manage to have the right ones - thank you.
Shop is fairly busy most of the time but the wait time is quick. It is always clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and smile.
Have been there several times, the guy who works there cannot look you in the eye. I avoid now something badly wrong there
