7Yes you can do, I am existing customer and we have almost 6-7 racks in Hall 2 and Hall 3. The front light on the roof is not working in hall3 and I told your staff multiple time but no luck. I am not sure about the current status.
Whilst the facilities are great their ticketing system is so cumbersome to work with. So hard for them to look up tickets etc.
Edit: NEXTDC do seem genuinely committed to creating a better experience for their customers at their facilities which is great and well worth noting.
Of all the data centres I have been in it through, throughout my career, the next dc data centres have become my only choice as they provide the security, protection and freedom of access that I desire.
Friendly staff, nice customer lounge and on site parking. Security and operational efficiency is state of art.
Love the vending machine that sells cables. Don’t love the vending machine that sells snacks and only takes cash.
