9Not a safe or friendly environment for younger players.i have no idea what this response means.i don't know this person the owner is referring to.all i know is my son recieved a suspension from school today for being racist and he says he learned it from older boys playing cards.
Awesome! The most friendly staff I've come across (especially after visiting other stores in the pakenham area). My daughter and girlfriends kids big me to go back every week!
Every single person (staff and players) were always happy to accommodate to help them learn how to play the pokemon trading card game ️.

Came to Next Level Gaming because they have Pokémon tournaments and my son is keen to play. Good vibes, owners were professional and respectful when helping the kids handle dispute in matches. Definitely be bringing my boy here to practice his game next year.
Was only there for a pre launch event felt bad that I had to leave early to go to work but the owner was great about it gave me my pre release box and I was on my way will eventually return cheers again ️

This is a fantastic local game store for anyone in the area to attend. Everyone is more than welcoming, and are happy to help newcomers as well as cater to well versed gamers. Spend a few Fridays here and you'll be accepted as one of the crew, no matter how long a hiatus you take.
Splendid store, excellence price for yugioh cards and pokemon cards, the store owner really friendly and knowledgeable always there help and offer good deal.:)
