Next Generation Dance Studio

My son Billy Elliot absolutely loves this dance school, especially when he has the chance to dress up for his competitions just look at him in his little suit! He's also an AMAZING tap dancer

Booked for a trial in the morning only to be told when we were there already and kids are being lined up to go in that they were full. Since their enrollments are full already we cannot even do a trial. Wasted our time and morning. Could have told us they cannot accept us from the start. No apologies for wasting our morning time. No effort do something to make it work. 4 yr old got really upset in the end saying this dance school is bad and do not want to go here. And this was the 2nd time around we came. First time was I came in physically to book a trial, but when we got there on the booked date, the lady said we were not on the list and apparently we need to call for a booking rather than go on location. The 2nd time around, I am on the list, but was told they were full. The 4yo was upset as she felt rejected twice.

We as a studio have been very lucky to cross paths with Belinda, her teaching staff and beautiful students at competitions as well as workshops. Her students are beautifully trained with stunning technique and show such sportsmanship backstage which is a real credit to the studio. As a dance studio owner and dance parent from a different state I have no hesitation recommending Next Gen as a studio that offers a great family environment and fantastic caring teachers for any student that wants to dance for fun or for a career. Belinda and her team go above and beyond for each and every student.

My daughter has been with Next Gen studio Ballet for the last 5 years.we followed through all the policy and instructions as much as we can. Our payment and attendance were always on time. I would hope and think (at least) a little trust is built. However, the moment we sent an email to say we are not enrolling for next year, within hours, we are being kicked out of the members page, with no notification or reply of the email. A following up email was sent to gain understanding, yet no reply. We are very disappointed with the way Next Gen Studio treat us. Obviously, the owners are not mature enough to handle rejection. Now we are left with few ballet clothes unable to resell them, and a lot of disappointment! Extremely poor customer service!

We received one email about enrolling, we did not reply because we were not sure if we are going to continue next year. The moment we have a decision we replied to it. There are no 2nd, 3rd or 4th emails.and there were no text messages.

Any sensible person understand privacy/protection that's required for the member's page/group, and we don't expect to stay in the group as well. But the fact that we are kicked out within hours without any signs/warning or a chance to say good bye or a reply on email about our departure was also true. We tried to be patient and wait for few more days, but no luck.and that's the customer service we are getting.

Two years ago, a friend of mine (who asked for information about dancing class) was treated with very poor attitude at the reception. We trusted our friend's side of the story because occasionally, we were being treated with the same attitude as well, but we chose to ignore it because our daughter is there.

I am not here to undermine you or your business, the users of this page deserves to know the truth. I am 100% sure we are not the only family being treated that way.and please stop hassling my wife with private messages.

Amazing dance studio with the most amazing staff, it’s such a loving and caring environment and the teachers put in so much effort in and out of class.would highly recommend for anyone of any age!

We love this dance school so much. My daughter has been attending since she was 2 and a half and she is now 10. Through all of those years we have felt part of a wonderful, caring, supportive and encouraging dance family. My daughter loves dance, and has adored all of her dance teachers across those years (she does jazz, ballet, tap, troupe competitions and an extension class, and has also done contemporary and acro in the past). Her confidence and pride in who she is and what she can do has grown so much, and it is through how Miss Belinda, Miss Ashlea, Miss Poppy, and all of the other teachers she has worked with support the girls and encourage their development. Oh and I also love the adult's dance class on a Wednesday night - a bunch of us who enjoy dance too, we have a great workout, enjoy a laugh and feel great at the end of the class! Supportive, non-judgmental, encouraging and fun! Cannot rate Next Generation Dance Studio highly enough!

We just came from the end of year concert and I felt like I need to share my awesome experience throughout the year with these amazing ladies, just to be shocked at some negative reviews. Well if you are results driven and want your kids to have the time of their life, this is the place to be, but of you need babysitters, feel free to go somewhere else. We have nothing but respect to everyone at NG.

I simply cannot understand the negative reviews. My daughters have been dancing at next gen for the past 6 years and have had nothing but support, opportunities and amazing experiences at this dance studio. They have gone from strength to strength in terms of dancing and have formed very strong bonds with the teachers and the other students at the studio. I don't find the school to be strict, but rather structured, which is something that is very positive for children of all ages. The dance teachers are very supportive and empathetic toward the students and there's a real sense of community among the families in the studio. The dance teachers are so supportive of their dancers, that they never miss a single dance competition and are there for every routine and every child they put on stage. I do love my kids and that's why I love how happy they are at next generation.

One of the worst dancing studios without any empathy and love to your kids. It's very normal for young kids to cry on their first few days as instructors don't let parents to stay during class time.and the school has very strict snobbish educators/directors who immediately send your kids to parents and my child lost most of the classes due to this and more ever instead of comforting the kids they were harshly insulting your child in front of everyone and my child had nightmares ever since. I was told by other parents the same story and never recommend this place to anyone who loves their children
