I recently had the pleasure of working as an interpreter with Alison, she's incredibly friendly and understanding when it comes to individuals with a refugee background. Her dedication to creating a welcoming environment is evident through her efforts in organising various group activities such as sewing and gardening.

The help and support that I'm receiving from Caroline is changing my life. I can't describe how amazing it feels to have support as I embark on a frightening journey in my life. Thanks Next Door Psychology. Your receptionist is also very kind and welcoming. That helps a lot

Absolutely bad practice and blatant money hungry taking advantage of people with disabilities.
Counsellor contacted person with disability directly and made a appointment AFTER she was informed NDIS funding was not available and could not afford the services.
Disgusting
They also do not do mental health plan ……

Can't give a personal review about their services because i booked my son in with Brandon (psychologist) 3months ago and he still hasn't been able to see him due to 3 cancellations in a row. He cancelled the first appointment due to being sick, so he rescheduled it 1 week later, He also cancelled that appointment due to sickness and rescheduled for 5 weeks later, cancelled that appointment too due to personal reasons. Not good enough, If the appointment is cancelled due to them you have to wait weeks before you can be seen. I understand that unforseen circumstances can arise but 3 times is excessive and inconvenient Extremely unhappy and frustrating, so will be finding another psychologist that is more reliable.

Very helpful, professional and caring staff in a supportive environment. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with mental health issues.

Understaffed and turning suicidal patients away due to this. Not appropriate. Will be going elsewhere now.
