Really disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism.

Slow to respond and issued an advice that was riddled with typos, giving little confidence in the substantive advice.
Then went on to issue an invoice in excess of their quote but not happy to provide a breakdown of this. Agreed to reduce their fees to the top end of their quote eventually but refused to provide a narrative showing how they had reached it. Clearly at that point they realised they had lost me as a client.

By far the worst professional services firm experience I have had.

Very professional company who helped us get to a listing. They worked extremely hard along the way and achieved the result we wanted in the time lines set out. Well recommended and highly professional.

Vito Interlandi and Chris Dimitriadis developed a good rapport with the key staff within our organisation and their understanding and respect are valued and appreciated.

Jim Leventakis has been my accountant for many years at Nexia Melbourne and although he is very busy, he always has time for me. I really appreciate his great service over the years and his sound and carefully thought over accounting advice.

Would give zero stars if possible. My experience with Jason at Nexia has been a colossal waste of time with appalling and negligent conduct. I could not be unhappier with my experience and this firms competence & service.

I strongly believe these guys work against you.
As accountants they wouldn’t know how hard you need to work to make ends meet. They have out grown the normal hard working person and satisfy the ATO to reap there kickbacks.
Stay away from these guys!

As I director of the firm for the past 10 years with clients that have also stayed with the firm for that time I think we do a pretty good job looking after their interests. We would be happy to help look after anybody and anytime.
