Bad experience at this place. The small size lady with a lot of WRINKLES on her own face is RUDE and ABUSIVE, all they want to do is want you to buy their products.

Absolutely love this skin clinic, professional and person centered care. I have been going there for sometimes now, laser treatment has so far been the best. Yesterday had my second Microdermabrasion. It has really come with good results. I am really happy with Wendy M.

Bad experience at this place. Loud music too much noise facial treatments no relaxation just tell you lay down and thats it. Not good service at all. Don't introduce themselves either just get to the point, unsure why the reviews are great.

The consultation staff member on reception was very informative with my query about laser hair removal. I got the sense that they put the well-being of client’s skin first. I’ve been looking at other places that offer laser hair removal and found they have better deals and their high practice standards (even though it put my plans on pause) gives me trust to recommend their clinic to friends and family.

The team at New Skin Caroline Springs are really friendly and professional. I have been going to them for many different services over the past few years and I have always been happy with the results and prices.

This clinic is very good. The girls really know what they are doing and make me feel so at ease every time. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I keep adding on more treatments cause they are so happy to help and answer my questions.

Treatment was ok but not the most relaxing place to get a facial treatment. No music on so all you can hear is people talking and the noise from shopping centre. I also could hear a vaccum cleaner outside the room I was in. For this reason I probably won't return.

I bought my daughter facial packages to help with her skin but it did nothing! I spent so much money and they won't let you do most of the treatments unless you buy their products. Ridiculous! All they want is your money. My daughter said she saw different therapists too and everyone did something different.no one is consistent! I don't think any of these reviews are real because they are giving out money if you leave a good review!

After reading all the great reviews at NewSkin, I was excited to make a booking. My initial consultation was ok. My first treatment with Emily (who I asked for) was absolutely amazing! She is friendly, knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable. My skin is improving already and I can't wait for my next session!
