Words can’t describe how awesome the caravan looks inside now. We had them redo everything with comfort in mind. Communication is always key in business so I much appreciated their updates throughout the process. Great pricing, communication now let’s see how follow up goes if we have any issues:) Thanks guys once again.

We were recommended to this company by our caravan repair person. They came highly recommended. We contacted them last December to recover all of our cushions plus recover our 2 recliners. As the were busy they asked us to call back in March which we did. Then May, then June. Then we got a call back on the 9th of June saying they were unable to help us. When we asked why, they could not give an answer. We surmise as we were not a really "big" job and not enough revenue, they could not be bothered with us. Totally disappointing as up until this point it was all positive, and for us after 6 months of being strung along, a waste of our time for no good reason. NOT good customer service by any degree and if we could give a minus score above we would have.
