Thoughtful care from the nurses and doctors. I’ve had previous experience with OHSS and poor PGT results and the doctors were very aware and cautious with the treatment offered and tests done to help avoid a repeat. It costs a bomb but the personalised care is worth it.

I had my treatment with Dr. Samer and his team. I have found they are way behind in their treatment processes compare to No. 1 fertility. I have wasted my time, money and embryos there. After failed cycles when questioned about one of the treatment that was not performed, where I had previous history of success. Dr Samer just refused to treat me in middle of my cycles. I could not believe a dr, especially Ivf where time is everything, he just did not care, instead of explaining -he just refused and asked me to move with someone else. Their complain team is very good covering their mistakes and putting things under the rug for sure. Would not recommend to anyone.

We undertook three rounds of IVF with Newlife, with treatment by Dr Sameer Jatkar. We found the nurse team at Newlife Boxhill great and the Boxhill facility great.

However, the medical treatment by Dr Sameer resulted in significant over stimulation of my wife (with significant pain), with what became apparent as being very little consideration of her medical wellbeing. It should not take a patient being another medical doctor (which my wife is) to be able to result in change in a treatment program, which it took in this instance.

We were concerned to the point we undertook a third-party review by Dr Lynn Burmeister at No. 1 Fertility, and the treatment plan was revised following this (due solely to our advocacy following this) and we subsequently swapped clinics to No. 1 Fertility. Whilst organizationally No. 1 was slightly less organized at the clinic-end, their medical treatment was superb and we had better egg quality and the same number of eggs, but without all the side effects that came from the program at Newlife/Dr Sameer Jatkar.

We made a complaint to Newlife regarding the treatment to allow them to improve - but as an organization they had no care for review or learning and the Managing Director Dr Tiki Osianlis was inconsiderate and lacking any concern or willingness to review ones own issues. They breached their own complaint process and even then were too arrogant to do anything other than try to sweep it under the rug.

If you are wanting the best medical treatment, then we would say No. 1 Fertility under Dr Lynn is by far the best option. Thank you Lynn at No. 1 Fertility for the successful birth of our daughter.
