Very competent agents. The helped me to go through this complicated process and I received successfully my PR visa.

Awful. Constant mistakes that should have been picked up were missed resulting in my 457 getting rejected. I then appealed this decision and was left in limbo for a year – not know what was happening with poor communication and more mistakes. I eventually withdrew my appeal application as I didn't have the faith in the company to be able to get it across the line.

They have a very poor service. For them, customers are just numbers. They don't answer emails, do not provide any update unless you ask and take a while to do so. I regret the day I signed up for VISA consulting services with them.
I'm sure smaller and cheaper companies can do a way better work.

Worst service ever, gave the impression they were great at the start but when it came around to the paperwork and action i did not hear back from the agent for over a month after calling and emailing almost every day. Then i found out my agent had gone on leave in the time my paperwork was due. All they have given me are cannot do this cannot do that very dissapointed by the service would never reccommend!
