Newbury Child and Community Centre reviews
8I had a truly wonderful experience during my placements at Newbury Child and Community Centre, thanks to Melissa and the amazing staff. Working alongside Melissa has been incredibly rewarding. She, along with the rest of the staff, made my time at the centre truly memorable. Their support, guidance, and dedication to creating a nurturing environment for the children have been outstanding. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing team.
My youngest son going there and he is happy to be there. Great staff, clean and the facility is big which gives the kids extra space for their activities. Love it.
Lovely centre. Took my son here for his 6 month immunisations and it was all very well organised.
A slightly grubby building where everything seems closed off and inaccessible. Its the very opposite of a community centre.
Clean, spacious and even have a toy library nowhere you can borrow toys for your little ones.
Visit the centre and check out lots of activities happening there.
Clean restrooms
Lovely and helpful staff
Have been in the area for the last 6 years and driven past almost ever day but have never had any reason to visit this place. Recently was invited to baby shower held in the hall. Very impressive. The size of the hall, facilities at hand (kitchen clean, cockery a bonus that could be used), food trolley available, clean, clean cloth chairs (not old stained chairs that makes u cringe at the thought of sitting on them lol), I got to take a peak at the rest of the facility. Toy library, cafe etc.very impressive. Hall hire apparently very affordable, may consider holding a function there in the future. Parking is pretty good to.
It's beautiful, clean and provides an array of services (exercise classes, mothers group, functions, health checkups, tea/coffee chill out space, preschool etc), and it has a (helpful & informative) receptionist, highly competent (and kind/non-judgemental) midwives 'maternal health nurses' who run on time AND the immunisations service on first Saturday each month was organised well and felt we were looked after by experienced professionals. Very happy!
