Used to be unreal, last two times I’ve ordered it’s been near inedible. Burgers look nothing like they’re meant to and missing half the ingredients, chips are cold and have no seasoning. Expensive, especially given the now awful quality. Stay away

This used to be my favourite burger place in the city but has been gutted by shrinkflation. Your "large fries" are barely a handful of chips. Burgers used to be large and filling are now shadows of their former selves. Taste, while still ok is inferior and likely using cheaper ingredients. A real shame.

It's my first time to try this place with the fried chicken.my experience wasn't good at all.the chicken is very oily, too much salt and breading is separated from the chicken.and the fries also was less than the one I fry at home! Didn't try the burgers but not excited to try anything from this place.

Owner and staff were very friendly! Burgers were amazing! I recommended the Soho and the Manhattan Island Burger. I would definitely come back

As a burger lover, my fav meal with chips, I’ve tried many burgers. Nearly all. Nothing comes close to NYM burgers and chips. Always fresh, always flavour, and for me, never do I leave feeling heavy. That’s what I look for in a burger. Not just the way it taste but how I feel. As a professional athlete I can eat this 3 times a week without feeling sluggish. Quality food. Great prices. Fan for life. Love!

There was no option for ice cream with my sticky date pudding so we kindly asked for a little and they kindly put in a large tub with no extra! Got my 5 stars!

At 240am this is easily the best burger you can get. At lunch time it's just as tasty, but doesn't hit quite as good as it does at 240am on a Saturday morning.

This place is honestly a hidden gem. Melbourne is known for it's over priced food and long wait times, but NYM consistently delivers great meals/snacks for a ripper price. Also has the best chips in Melbourne. 5 stars

The New York Burger and New Jersey Burger are da bomb. If you are looking for fried chicken there is better places but the burgers are so good.

We used eat club app and received 40% off that was awesome and gluten free bun available here! Very good burgers and chips are my favorite!

Burgers were ok, not the best, not the worst.
7/10 for Burgers. Meat needs to be juicer, ours was dry and pretty tasteless
Milkshakes yummy, try the caramel.

If you're after something that will satisfy your hunger, this place does just that.

Big portion sizes and decent food. Just not healthy. If you're hungover or just very hungry then this place would be a huge recommendation.

I’ve been ordering NYM SM off Uber eats too many times in the last 18 months and for a good reason. Given them a try. Easily go up against the best in Melbourne. Great quality, fresh and beyond tasty. Massive burgers or I have ordered the mini ones which are still massive. 5 stars.

One of the best burgers place in south melbourne! Southern beef is must try who just loves meat! My wife tried Broadway chicken and it was really juicy and fresh ingredients

Popped in here for lunch the other day before lockdown and was blown away by the food! The staff were very friendly and super helpful in helping me decide what to order. I can't wait to come back and try more burgers from the menu! Highly recommend.
