Has indoor dining unlike the South Melbourne location so is good for dining in.

Unsure of the ladies name who served us, but, she took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. She was polite and clearly knowledgeable.

NYM has a great atmosphere as well as very friendly and prompt service, but personally I felt the burger was lacking. The stand outs of my order were the milkshake and chips, with the shake thick and full of flavour, and the chips hot, crunchy and plentiful, however, I found the patties New York Burger (pictured) bland and overcooked. The rest of the elements worked well, but considering the star of the dish didn't deliver, I am slightly dissappinted in my experience. If the patties were cooked less and had more flavour to them it would of been a different experience entirely
Delicious food. We ordered with uber eats. Fast delivery. Unfortunately we were missing an item off our order. We called the restaurant directly to try to resolve this as we had paid for the food. The woman we spoke to was initially pleasant, she gave us the number for the delivery support line and said there was nothing else she could do. The number was wrong. When we rang again she was incredibly rude and condescending. 4 calls later our food arrives and it was wrong again
Ordered yesterday through UberEats and the burger I ordered was supposed to come with fresh spinach and tomato, it had no salad at all and was just a mass of disgusting tepid meat and heaps of bacon. Chips were cold. Uber refused to refund me for the items.
If you run out of toppings seriously send one of your workers to the supermarket to get more don’t just send the burger off like it’s ok.

How good are the friendly staff at this place, you want your burger cooked ' well done " or extra chilli etc etc its absolutely no trouble, they are all about the customer, no chips by the time I got home as they were far too delicious to wait until I got home, thanks for the great meal!
