Next problem was a bigger issue - my iMac had been a lemon ever since purchasing it a couple of years ago. Apple consultants had spent many many hours attempting to improve it remotely & I had tried every 'hack' I could find to speed it up -and get rid of that beachball spinning round whilst waiting waiting. It was so slow almost unusable. Finally blaming slow internet I asked Narendra for an opinion. Long story short Narendra promptly diagnosed the issue & replaced the hard drive. Now I have a speedy functioning computer.

Narendra was quick to respond to my cry for help, arriving on time and getting down to business straight away. The fix required a very long download (hours) so he left with very clear instructions on what to do when it finished and then rang later to check that all was working, this saving me a great deal of money.
