First session with Jo and she was fantastic! We are definitely going to be seeing her time and time again!

It's a shame 1 star is the minimum you can give sometimes. After all, when the psychologist meant to be giving you care decides to be half an hour late to a session despite no other client walking out of the room, inappropriately touches you and refuses to listen after being told to stop, tells you that it's more useful to walk out to the shops rather than having a session only to then find out that they weren't even a registered psychologist after submitting a complaint to the Health Commissioner? Even 0 stars would still be way too much praise.

If I never have to see this building again it'll be too soon.

Had a really bad experience with a male psyc who was trying to push his own racist views on my 10 year old instead of treating for his anxiety. My 10 year old walked out in a near state of panic, in tears & struggling to go back to school. Much worse than the state his was in before. It's sad they recruit people like this to help kids when we are in an era where we need to promote coexistence of all cultures into young minds. Do not recommend the male counsellor John.

Booked to goto pakenham, they booked me in for Mornington. When I called at the time of the appointment they said it was booked for Mornington and that the psychologist was a close contact and couldn’t attend anyway.

Still made me pay for 3 appointments even though I only attended 2. The first one being they’re fault not mine. Said that management said to put it through still as a failure to attend, which it wasn’t.

The psychologist John was great, but the company caused me more anxiety than I already had.
