New tea springvale

Quite a few bubble tea stores in Springvale but this is our go to. Staff are usually very nice, especially the owner fella and his missus. However, unfortunately the employee today didn't have basic service skills. She didn't know how to commence a transaction and stared blankly at me. I asked if she knew how to Greet a customer e.g. "Hi! What would you like"? She mumbled something under her mask. Perhaps it was a language barrier dunno. It was so unnecessarily awkward haha. Hope she can learn some basic service skills.

The drinks are really really good. Recommend y’all should try out the matcha cheese. I swear y’all will never forget the very good taste of drink ever.

Love love love their cheese fruit tea line as well as their brulee milk tea, personally would recommend the latter but for the cheese fruit tea line I would say go for lychee or matcha! The tea shop inside is absolutely gorgeous and has neon lights above its high chair sitting area if you wanted to snap some pics for Instagram/blog as well as a lower seating area which is good for when you just want to chill.

This place can be hit or miss depending on the drinks you chose. I think they are fine with the mango range especially mango pomelo and coconut mango as they use fresh mangoes. Soy foam is also something identical. Other than that, its just like other tea brands.

I may try grape berry next time as it sounds interesting

I become a regular customer here because their fruit teas are the best. Golden Kiwi and Mango tea are my favourites.

Have been a regular customer here for almost 2 years, Cheng and his team are among the most beautiful people I’ve ever met. Their tea is high quality, rush hours don’t affect the consistency of quality in products, and they always greet us with kindness. With so many options around Springvale, i still deliberately come back to see them even now I don’t live here no more but a suburb that is 45min drive away.

New Tea has to be my favourite go to bubble tea joint in Springvale. My sis highly recommended trying it out and now I'm a regular for the past 3 years*. Compared to others, it's more fresh and refreshing. All the drinks are delicious. Customer service is also consistently good. Please make the soy cream milk tea again, it's the best. 谢谢老板。

After dinner I wanted to grab some bubble tea before heading back home. There were so many bubble tea shops but this store looked much more appealing. There was a large variety of drinks from fruit teas, milk teas, drinks with crème brûlée, etc. The milk tea had a fresh flavour and wasn’t fake or artificially flavoured. I was highly disappointed with the pearls as they were very hard and not chewy. The pearls were probably old. My partner got the grapefruit tea it had real grapefruit in it, the drink was a bit bitter but still enjoyable

I keep coming back for their fruit cheese tea, so far one of the bests I have tried. Please don’t close down or I’ll be sad

Normally they're good but I ordered 2 large brulee and they gave me to large brulee milktea instead, even though it says matcha on the label.

Very nice bubble tea and all other drinks, not a fan of bubble teas but they made me have it every week.

Hands down the best bubble tea/ fruit tea place in Melbourne. Worth the drive to Springvale for it.

So I thought I try out this new place. It has a lot of cheese foam style bubble tea. I was recommended the soy cream milk tea with bean curd jelly. Cost about 8$ for a large and it was the bomb! It’s a step up from the normal tea original flavours so if you’re feeling a-bit classy I’d suggest it.

New Tea Springvale make a really amazing creme brulee milk tea. The flavor is great, and the packaging is really neat. Definitely one of my favorite places to get bubble tea!

I’ve been to this place via best friends recommendation. I always get the creme brûlée milk tea with pearls, full sugar, less ice at 6.80.

I only wish the cups were bigger for the price.

Hi, im a regular customer in the newtea for 2 years, im very very disappointed on you guys now. You guys are always the best place to buy Brullee milk tea + no pearls, im never got any issues with you guys since the day i know, but few days ago, my boyfriend bought a same milk tea as usual, he so upset and angry to tell me that, A NEW STAFF took his order, the order should be Brulee Milktea, less sugar, no pearls BUT the staff gave him NOMARL MILK TEA WITH PEARL. Okay, this is the issue, he relised the milktea was wrong, so he came and told the NEW STAFF that wasn’t his order, and the NEWSTAFF asked him to pay another amount to get the one he wants. We dont mind to pay for it, if its our fault, BUT it’s serveral times THE NEW STAFF do like that. How come we can order wrong all the times when we always get only 1 kind of drink in your store. And we have wasted so much money to buy a second drink, this is make us very mad. When my boyfriend try to talk to other staff, they don’t even care about it.
Guys, please. This is a business, a customer service, is this how you guys work?

Absolutely vibrantly fresh fruit concoctions! I got the mango cheese with pamelo and this was bursting with real mango! And the accompaniment of the juicy pamelo made the perfect pairing! If you are looking for a real fruit refreshing boba tea then this is the place to go!
only street parking available, and if ur in the area you already know how hard parking can be at times.staff was very friendly and was accommodating.
