Always so helpful, these guys are also kind in sharing their knowledge and expertise. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but especially to an eager 6 year old, words matter.

My 9yo son bought an axolotl through a different aquarium - unfortunately we were given the incorrect advice on how to care for him and inadvertently poisoned him. Being the closest one to me I decided to go in to New Life Aquarium and see if they could help me save him. I honestly cannot rate them high enough, with their help and guidance our axolotl went from floating, covered in slime and refusing food (for 3 weeks!) to thriving and once again swimming around happily. They were under no obligation to help as I hadn't bought him through them but their dedication and genuine care for fish meant that they went above and beyond to assist us. If it weren't for the Team at New Life Aquarium I would have had an extremely upset 9yo and a dead axolotl. Thanks so much Team!

Rob is the best here with this straight up, honest and easy to follow advice. He has so much knowledge, experience and passion for his job. You can tell he cares alot about his customers and all the little creatures he nurtures and sells there.

Highly recommended aquarium store, quality products and reasonable price for everything and on the top that you will get heaps of information, very knowledgeable people doing the business who care about the hobbyist, overall happy with the service!

This is the best aquarium that I have been. If you are an new fish keeper, Rob will give you the most professional advice and very nice service. I will definitely come back to get more wonderful fish and recommend friends to here. The photos will be updated later:)

Excellent variety of fishes with a very knowledgeable staff that is always there to help no matter how big or small.

Wow my new favourite store! The 2 guys working here are super passionate about aquariums. I have been to just about every aquarium shop in Victoria and in my opinion this is the number 1 aquarium store in Vic. Lots of live stock and a massive shrimp collection and not just low end shrimp but really high end shrimp.
I've never seen so many Rainbow fish before wow!
A huge selection of Aquatic plants perfect for those with a green thumb.
The advice and the fact that these 2 guys actually care about your livestock makes this store stand out even more in my eyes.
Well done guys and can't wait for the renovations to be finished and to see what amazing things you both have installed for your store!

Incredibly friendly staff and great service. Very cool setup with a lot of interesting fish.

They sell guppies expensive. Everywhere guppies are $6.99 but they sell for $9 and $12.

The staff are very professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I came in searching for many answers about my plants and parameters and they provided concise answers in a very articulate manner. I was even offered a water test without me even mentioning it which no other shop has done. The enthusiasm is unmatched, and they are very genuine people who truly wanted me to benefit from my visit as much as possible. I will be shopping here from now on. Genuinely nice people!

Came in today to get my water tested for some assistance.both staff members I met were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped me out immensely.one even recognized my band hoodie! Definitely my new go-to shop!

Good prices, lots of knowledge and expertise from staff and great location. They have a wide selection of fish and sealife, helped me get a new tank running in no time at all!

They can be a bit busy on weekends so you may need to bring some patience but definately well worth a wait.

I paid the store another visit today to see if they had a specific fish I had been chasing (had seen them instore before.)
What a change from my last visit. You guys are doing an awesome job. Much easier to move about today. And thumbs up to the staff member on duty (sorry I forgot to get a name) I know how difficult it can be to do it all by yourself. But you were great.

Lots and lots of things going on in this store. Unfortunately it is quite cluttered and it is difficult to manoeuvre (would not recommend for people with mobility aids)

Nice to see fish in more naturalistic tanks, however the maintenance seems a little lacking in some areas.

The staff member on the floor today seemed nice (greeted me after I had been there a few minutes)

A great selection of fish were on offer, with most seeming to be in great health.

Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about their craft. Quality of all products and service is exceptional.

This place is so cool! Lots of different beautiful fish types and wonderful tanks. The guy was very helpful and answered my questions about my tank and gave very helpful tips. Will definitely be coming here again soon

Had horrible experience at this store. The staff who worked on Sunday afternoon shifts was really rude and literally swore in front of my kids! Will never go back or recommend to anyone.
