What can I say but wow. I have lived My fear of dentists for over 30 years …. My first experience with New gisborne dental was with the director of first impressions -Lauren, always with a smile and an encouraging word and my appointment with Mandy and Liuba was incredible. Their level of empathy, collaboration and professionalism was very inspiring and made all the difference for me. These two ladies worked in perfect harmony together to make my experience in the chair something now not to worry about. I have found my new two favourite people. Thank you. Edited to include that I have now just completed my first stage of all on four and already after only 1 week I am so incredibly happy! Dr Lyle is so super efficient, professional and talented I could not have asked for more of an amazing team to work on something this important to my life. ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR REVIEW! At short notice my daughter travelled from interstate in agony with tooth pain. I rang the clinic and from the first moment received caring and professional service. My daughter might be 40 years old but has a terrible phobia of going to the dentist. Dr. Elly spent a long time calming her nerves and discussing possible options. From something that looked like being a very traumatic experience it became a very understanding caring and patient experience. A special thank you to Dr. Elly and Gemma for a very positive outcome. We can now enjoy our time together! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!
