Very poor experience unfortunately not advised very well about certain aspects and seemed to work in favour of the purchaser rather than the vendor just to get the deal. Also very expensive commission took $32,000 plus GST on an $82,000 sale. My first time selling a business and won't be caught like this again.

Recently purchased a business through working with Judy, and I highly recommend her. The first agent I worked with was terrible and wouldn’t respond at all, but Judy was excellent, responded fast, and provided very useful information. If you are looking for a business through New Gen, Judy is the best choice.

Agents are very busy and no time for their customers.
Sadly all the business i am interested in is all in hand of this one agency name Ryan Withanage and he is super busy that he doesnt have time to respond to my enquiry, messages and phone calls for weeks
Not all company has this kind of agent but by all means, call the office to be communicated by different agent!
Having said that, the office number is also no respond. I dont think they want to do the business

Have tried to contact Ryan on a few different businesses. Go find other Brokers, definitely wouldn't recommend them. Ryan doesn't get back to you or follow through. If he can't sort it in a 10minute commission he isn't interested. Save your energy and find someone else

Highly recommend Azgan Domnori. He is calming in his approach and manner. Always available for my all kinds of questions, for it's my first buying so I do really have a lot of unknown. I bought the business for best price with the least stress.

I made an enquiry for a coin laundry business and spoke with Ryan Withanage. He was very attentive and took the time to go over exactly what I was looking for as well as make suggestions of businesses I could consider. We tried to sell our business with other agent before New Gen, not one buyer came through. Ed brought many buyers each week and Ed was very supportive and helpful with each steps that we needed to take.
Ed was very professional in his work who has vast knowledge in this fields and very confident with what he does. I would definitely go back to him for buying or selling our next business and recommend him to any of my friends or families.

No point having online enquires if no one replies, don't bother contacting these guys via online enquire forms on business listing websites. Best way to contact any of the brokers is via phone.

Too hard to deal with as a buyer and I'm not sure they genuinely act in the vendors best interest.

No information memorandum or vendor statement, can't clearly state what's actually for sale or not but wants an offer submitted to get assurances that it won't be sold whilst conducting due diligence? I don't mind making offers, but on what am I offering.

My guess they target foreigners looking to come across on business visas who aren't interested in due diligence or whether the business is any good. Might as well forget about buying a business from these guys unless you fit that category.

I have had A very positive experience with new gen! They were very helpful especially Rana as he ensured and took reasonable steps with me when listing the business. Selling a business is a very daunting experience. It takes a lot of effort, true commitment by the agent and ofcourse a will to be able to get you the right client. Rana made sure he kept me informed and gave me the support to make a decision to sell at the right time and at the right price. I am very happy with the service and I wish the team all the very best for their future endeavours.

Rana was excellent. He worked really hard to get the buyer over the line. We had very difficult buyers who were new to the country and had no understanding of the hospitality industry or how buying a business works.
