I highly recommend this place. I had a few physio sessions with John, and he got my back fixed. No more back pain issues.

John is really friendly and skilled! He quickly diagnosed the cause of my knee pain and provided immediate relief treatment.:)

Edit: I revisited for a remedial massage, and Mr. Tomohiro was exceptional! He’s very respectful and patient. Moreover, he was able to target my trigger points. I’m feeling so much better afterwards!

NEP cancelled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice for no reason and when I checked why they said it was because they gave their spot to a different client. What a joke.

Details:
Booked an appointment on a Monday. Received a call while I was at work asking to confirm the appointment and then was sent a follow up email. I responded within 1-2 hours of the call then email and was told another client had been given my slot for the next day. What a ridiculous system. Why have online bookings if you're just going to cancel them?

Don't even bother, there are so many other physio's in the city. Just skip this one and move on

John was incredible in understanding my issue and provide treatment. I was in pain for over 9 months and had changed about 2 Physiotherapists but nobody could address the underlying issue and provide treatment as John. Definitely recommend New Energy Physio for their expertise and service.

John helped diagnose my piriformis syndrome and guided me through a series of sessions. Fortunately, most of my issues subsided when I stopped doing a recent exercise I had indulged in a bit too much. John is engaging and a pleasure to work with, answering all of my questions regarding recommended exercises and best approaches to recovery.

John is an incredibly good physio. He knows exactly what the underlying issue is and is able to call it out straight away. He's fixed my ongoing issue in a matter of weeks, and the lifestyle changes he suggested has made a massive difference in my day to day. Do yourself a favour and let John fix you.

Doctor John is a thorough professional. He was able to identify the sports injury my son had within a couple of minutes of seeing him. My 4 year old had hurt himself while jumping on the bed and we took him to Dr. John. He had lot of pain and was not even able to limp before we took him to
Doctor. With just a round of physiotherapy and following the exercise regimen, he was able to walk 60% better. Highly recommend the doctor for all physio related ailments. Gem of a person and definitely a saviour

John is a real legened. He identified the problem I had with my knee, he worked on it and he gave me a weekly exercise plan to follow. Problem solved in no time. Best physiotherapist I have ever had. Highly suggested

Insun has been taking care of my wife and I in the past 2 years. My wife first came to see her after she sprained her ankle back in 2019. Insun helped her to recover from her grade 2 injury. Following a complicated clavicle repair I had a lot of stiffness and pain in my shoulder. I was treated by Insun Lee at New Energy Physiotherapy. She is very friendly and was encouraging when my progress seemed to be taking time. Insun does a lot of hands on treatment for manipulation of the joints, in addition to setting a home exersize routine to keep increasing the flexibility. My shoulder has now practically returned to its original range of movement.

Insun Lee is the best physio I’ve been to. She provided excellent treatment and over a number of sessions to remove soreness and increase flexibility, and I would recommend Insun highly to anyone. I also really like how they send an email with the exercises they instruct you on so that I can remember them all, and they sell all the equipment you need on site.

Great experience with Insun Lee. She was able to quickly pinpoint the cause of my vertigo and neck pain through her therapy program.

From the first until the last appointment, I had a great experience with her and the staff at the premise, not to mention the ease of scheduling the appointment. Really recommend this physio practice and will be in touch for future issues (hopefully won't have to haha)

Insun fixed me up, I thought I had restless leg syndrome (RLS) and came in with my legs on fire. After a few sessions with Insun I found out it was nerve related and was back to 100% within a week with a prevention plan to keep it away.
