New Crossing Place Motel

Really well maintained rooms, clean and comfy bed. Close to town centre. Pretty nice as far as motels go. Enjoyed our stay.

Solid motel nice rooms comfy bed good shower. Host couldn't recommend much to do as a visitor. Local hotel a good place for a meal

Stayed there while working in the area. Room was comfortable chargeback available from 3 restaurants. Motel has option to order breakfast.

Overall very good, we felt it was a little overpriced - although we did book last minute, so that is kind of expected.

Some wasps were getting into the room somehow, but I guess we need to share the world with our insect friends!

Travel regularly for work & stay here each time. Friendly staff & accommodate late check in. In the main road but even the front rooms you don't hear a thing. The rooms are spotless, tidy and everything you need when travelling. Convenient to town and dinner options are within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly. Room was really nice and super clean!

The pool was still to be repaired after flood damage, this didn’t affect us.

We r staying in a standard motel room and its got everything a studio apartment has but a better price per night. It even has a menu for breakfast, something we have not seen in all our accommodation in the last 7 days. Very clean room and bathroom, great customer service, perfect for an overnight stay.

Lovely motel room ruined by noisy motel guests who kept us awake until midnight. No action by the owner or manager to keep two guests quiet. Very annoying as we had to leave at 3: 30am. There was yelling throughout the carpark. Disappointing.

Staff friendly and room clean and modern. Shower had a huge head and great pressure. Breakfast was okay but ordering muesli just gets you a bowl of Just Right. Not bad for a short stay. Pool is not heated and was freezing.

Went there for work (which was night shift). Really nice quiet rooms. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and quite large. Its close to shops and all amenities. Would recommend.

Probably the rudest person ive ever met behind the counter, an old grumpy guts who was having a bad day and took it out on guests, avoid this place and the grinch running it.

Excellent place of stay. Very very neat and we'll kept ambience. Easily accessible for all the travellers as this hotel is alongside the main road. Very good food and affordable prices. Very good accommodation provided. Good parking spaces available.

Motel was nice and clean, but small room's, the owner is very grumpy and doesn't belong in a customer facing role at the reception

Nice bed but shower was blocked water going everywhere. Bloke on desk had no people skills mister personality

Very modern and spacious room with good appointed fittings. Only downside was the man at reception who had no people skills.

Most of the room was really clean. Up to date modern style. Very comfy bed. Was almost a 5 star review.

A little bit of mould in the bottom of the shower along the glass. Under the vanity in the bathroom had used face washer and hair.
The fridge in the kitchen had not been turned on so all the drinks in the fridge were warm.

Other then that great tidy place to stay.

We had to stay here because our car had broken down and we had to go through RACV for the accomodation. John was extremely helpful in regards to having us stay for almost 3 nights dealing with the staff from RACV.
Very accommodating friendly staff, great place to stay, very clean and tidy with a nice pool and cleaning facilities for clothing. We recommend 100%!

Clean bright rooms, and a super comfy bed. Will definitely go back next time I am out that way
