New Balance Outlet Store

Went to uni hill first time to purchase shoes to fit an orthotic. Went to new balance and was served by a young man named Corey well what can l say about his professionalism and caring nature. He made me feel comfortable and gave me the time to get the right shoes which he did. Thank you for making it easy for me buying shoes and not feeling embarrassed. He is an asset to the company. Super friendly and helpful service from the 2 staff members I dealt with, Jenni and Lucas.especially when it came to finding a specialist fit. The store was busy but they still managed to attend to multiple customers at once, remember each customer's needs and look like they genuinely enjoyed working there. A rare experience in a retail outlet store.

Got some new shoes and a beanie today. The customer service was amazing, I highly recommend people go to this store.

Price was really reasonable also, I was surprised that it wasn't more expensive.

They seem to have more stock than actual New Balance retail stores. Some of the prices on runners are a bit steep seeing that they are 2 editions old. Black Friday sales are the only time I would buy runners there.

Great exeperience, wlaked in not expecting to buy anything and was quickly looked after by the attendant, she was super helpful and genuinely seemed liked she wanted to help me find the shoes that best suited me. Emma is a superstar and desrves recognition for her work and customer service.

Being an outlet they only had a small range of the latest shoes which might also be because of covid related delivery and distribution issues, but I was able to determine the size and width i needed which was different to my usual fitting so it was a very worthwhile visit. The young woman who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable and other staff in the store very friendly, acknowledging me in passing. Had a decent range of clothing and accessories and plenty of items were on sale. Pleasant and positive experience. Got a lot out of it.

Last week we went to this store looking for a new pair of runners, we were astounded by the service, it was first class.
In particular the assistant named Lexi she went out of her way to make the experience enjoyable. She was welcoming and very knowledgable about what I needed.

I'm not into shopping so this is probably an unfair review. I was dragged into the store. If you enjoy shopping then you'd probably really like it.
