The lady who works on 23/12/2023 was so rude. We asked her is everything 30% discount? And she IMMEDIATELY ask us back do you know how to ready? (Sign board saying up to 30%)
I think there’s a difference way/proper way to explain!

Walked in on Friday afternoon to try and buy a pair of shoes. I walked around the store many times and no one approached me. I continued to pick up the shoes many times while a girl just stood at the register not wanting to help. I ended up walking out and going to Platypus to buy them. I walked past at least 3 staff members while in the store and received no acknowledgment. A simple “hello, how are you today? ” Is all that is required.

As one of the few New Balance stores in Melbourne it's a big disappointment. Never seem to have the right sizes or what's on the website. If you're going to do a flagship type store go all out and do it properly.

Come on New Balance, we have been wearing your shoes for many years, but both your prices and the quality are deteriotating, and we now mostly look for other options.

The service is excellent, who is the service guy with the tattoos? My friend wants to hit him up.

Staff were awesome (23/2/2020) even grabbed the last pair of shoes in my size off the mannequin.

Could not be happier with the service received at this store. Julie and Angus were great with their customer service and product knowledge. It was only the second day on the job for Angus, and his courtesy and service was better than most people after 2 years! Julie was very attentive and made sure everything fit well. Great range of New Balance products. Highly recommended.

Had the most amazing experience, Karsha (sorry if spelt wrong) and Julie helped me sooo much, I tried on so many pairs of shoes and they didn't hesitate to get them or get a different size for me, I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes and some socks, they also let me use a voucher in store that originally was only for online, I will definelty be coming back here the next time I need shoes!

Julie and Heidi have been extremely helpful in helping me find a shoe that fits my wide feet. I have visited many stores but none of them were as professional as this store. Friendly and knowledgeable about the product they sell. Highly recommended!
