Observations revealed customers felt pressured to purchase the product after trying it, creating an uncomfortable situation.
I had high hopes for New Balance's customer service but was utterly let down.

Additionally, the trainees exhibited very rude and unprofessional behaviour, making the situation even more disappointing.

Felt like the shop assistants were breathing down my neck as I tried shoes on - had one stand pretty much directly in front of me, staring me down at almost all times. Not sure if they're desperate to make a sale, thought I was going to do a runner (because I was.running.in the running shoes.in a store that predominantly sells running shoes?) or they wanted to make it abundantly clear that I wasn't welcome there as a fat person but I decided to go elsewhere.

Amazing experience overall from the extremely great prices for their shoes, to the kind staff and service they offered me. Went in yesterday for men's shoes, and bought two pairs. Wore one of them because mine were a bit ratty but after walking around DFO they started feeling tighter and more uncomfortable. Went back into the shop for a refund and the staff were so understanding and even apologised for something out of their control. Then went to give me other options as well which was amazing. Would 100% come back. Also unrelated to the review but the guy with the Kiwi accent, very handsome (idk why I added this in omggg)

Very cheap material pants which stagnating in stores for years, bought two pants and it ripped like a paper bag, bring to the stores and uneducated low life manager said it’s not meant to be ripped like this. He thought I did that purposefully, wear Superdry for years not a single pant ripped even wear many times. The staff are so rude and dumb.
Manages see the videos footage on 2/01/2023 at 1 pm to decide if you wanna keep this kind of staff or not

Thanks to Addy for excellent service on Monday 25th April 2022. It was wonderful to have someone with knowledge about shoes appropriate for walking. The recommendation was very good. The Shoes and my feet have handled a long walk today!

I was unsure of which shoe to buy, but Tahlia was very helpful in explaining about the different shoes and was very patient when I tried the different shoes. I am now happy with my purchase and will be coming back again. Keep up the good work!

There was a lady store manager today and in my opinion she is very rude to staffs and customers. I have purchased items worth over $200 and one of the item was not discounted. The way she gave the explanation was very rude. As a manager she should know how to talk to customers and be polite. Also heard her talking rudely to staffs!

Decent range of shoes. Not the best deals I don't think. Fairly inattentive staff who will need you to ask rather than be asked if you need help. Knowledgeable once you got their attention though.

Such amazing and responsible staff. I wanted a pair of shoe in size 3.they didn’t have it in their stock but they checked online and found one in Sydney they took my address and posted it to my house for free thank you so much.you are the best

I was here in Feb 10 2019. The team that worked here on that day was excellent. Friendly and helpful which is kinda hard to obtain in this day and age.

Called up the store and spoke to a staff member who didn't know much about special orders or really anything about their products. Left my number expecting a call back from someone who did before the days end. Never returned my call, missed the 40% off sale! Poor form.

Prices could be better when compared to other branded shops in the same premises, not so great customer service, felt like staff have a little product knowledge.
