My parents have used New Age Glass for some time and so have I.
I use them for my various art projects and they are happy to supply whatever I need.
My parents have used them for more traditional uses like replacing
windows (and so have I). They will tell you exactly what is best
if you don't know and are very reasonably priced.

Excellent service! They came out the same day and did a great job replacing a broken window for a very good price. They were very friendly as well. Highly recommended!
I needed a piece of glass for my fishtank and he gave me a peice usually worth $90 for $15 just because it had a little chip
Worst service ever! Made an initial call for them to come out to replace a broken window pane, as well as quote on some glass pieces I need made up for some antique cabinets. Left a message for them to call me which took them 1.5 days to respond to. It was a Friday evening when the owner called back and he kindly organised to attend the following day at his suggestion. 11.15am on the Saturday and his guy didn't show up, I even rushed home to make sure I'd be there. Left a message on the owner's mobile, never called me back. Don't bother wasting your time even calling them to begin with!
