NP has done a good job in our building, especially the OC manager Marcus Littlewood who is very professional for building management, caring building residents and dealing with residents’ requests efficiently. The team manner Ken and Gino have done an excellent work as well.

Words fail to capture the absolute abysmal experience we've had with Network Pacific as an Owner's Corporation of 6 Units.

In the past 18 months we experienced the following:
- A turnover of 5 different body corporate managers (Perhaps this speaks to the kind of workplace culture this organisation has).
- Complete lack of continuity of care (There was little to no handover provided to each subsequent manager; we were left to get each new manager up to speed).
- Mismanagement (bordering on misconduct) of our finances, driving us into over $3000 worth of debt.
- Multiple promises from multiple managers and the CEO (or so we were told) to provide due compensation for the above mess, then later backpedaling on this offer.
- Allowing our building insurance to lapse (because they hadn't paid the premium).
- When we finally decided to terminate our contract with Network Pacific, they refused to provide our new Body Corporate Management company a complete handover.

And before Network Pacific reply to this feedback with lines like, "We appreciate your feedback. ",
"We'd like to apologise for the unfortunate experiences you've had. " and
"If you'd like to get in touch with us to discuss these matters further. ", I believe we provided ample opportunity to make up for their awful service.

I have had the pleasure of liaising with Sarindu Dananjaya (Sam) for approx. 12months in my role as Secretary of 10 Boronia Grove Doncaster East Body Corporate.

Sam is always polite and understanding of my requests.
He is efficient and acts promptly to obtain suitable quotes from appropriate tradesmen to fix whatever problems need repairing.
I am very happy communicating with Sam and trust this will continue in the months ahead.

I wish to acknowledge the long term management of my rental property provided by Network Pacific and especially Silvana Di Camillo for all your services, guidance and assistance throughout the period you managed my rental apartment on my behalf, but especially throughout the last few years of the COVID 19 shutdowns. Silvana has been a rock through all the difficult issues that had to be dealt with in supporting me as a client and I valued and very much appreciated the support, assistance and services provided by Silvana and Network Pacific over the past 10 plus years.

Lucy Mom has been our Manager for only 6 months and in that time, she has endeared herself to the owners by her caring nature. She has already visited our building twice to better understand our needs and has followed up on outstanding issues promptly and efficiently. We are very pleased to have Lucy managing our property.

Completely and utterly useless. No response to property issues being unable to access the building, the hand sanitiser dispenser hadn't been filed/replaced for well over 6 months, the gym has been locked longer than Dan Andrews dictatorship and were still being charged levy fee's. The only time you hear from Network Pacific is when they send you their corp fee's. Extremely poor management and full of excuses from day one. The star rating shown above does NOT reflect the reality of how bad this company is. The VBA got back to me faster and with all the relevant info I needed in 5 days. 5 months plus and Network Pacific STILL hasn't got their act together. Nothing but thieving liars.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT LET ‘POSITIVE’ REVIEWS FOOL YOU. Dealing with Network Pacific has been the most frustrating experience. They cannot provide any details of current projects in the building, they can’t note anything past ‘in progress’. Ask for an estimated completion date for ongoing works? They never reply. I have been trying to get answers via email for over 1 month. Trang Vu has been most unhelpful. Unable to answer any questions, never replies to emails. Avoid at all costs. I have contacted the ‘info’ email address over 2 months ago and never heard back. This feels like a scam or a shell company. So incompetent. The only time they email is to collect money. It shouldn’t be so hard to reply to an email.

For a number of months I have been given unbelievable assistance in matters associated with my unit by Chanel Riggio. Nothing was too hard for her to accomplish and all in short time and with a smile. Network Pacific, this lady is a gem and I am most grateful to her for all her help. A big thank you to her.

Chanel Riggio has worked on a very difficult leasing situation for me and a number of landlords and she has acted in a professional manner at all times. The issue is about to resolve itself and this was due to the hard work and dedication shown by Chanel. The landlord group is very thankful for Chanel's involvement.

Those fortunate enough to have Mr. Philip Fernandes as a manager of their complex who is transparent in his communication with a strong knowledge in the industry and who dedicates his time after hours to attain a positive resolution to the needs of the members.

Working in Property Management, I often work closely with Owners Corporation Managers. I can confidently say I have not come across another Owners Corporation Manager as fantastic as Lauren Jakimowicz. Lauren has an extremely thorough understanding of the industry and is always available and most importantly willing and wanting to help. Lauren has helped me in many situations, she has truly gone above and beyond her role and is a huge asset to Network Pacific. Thank you Lauren for always being so approachable, friendly, and professional. Your hard work and extra effort certainly does not go unnoticed!

Their managing fee (administration fund) are expensive and their charges are not transparent.
On top of their expensive administration fund, we were charged higher maintainance fund than the already set-out maintainance plan and without owners' consent! The building manager HC can't give a valid reason for charging the excessive maintainance fund but saying it is a common practice for owner corporation to charge owners money as their wish unless owner AGM revoke the desicion. Then he failed to deliver his promises multiple time on organizing the AGM and intermittently ignore emails.

Lauren has been a stellar OC manager ever since she took over our apartment building. She is always very friendly and promptly responds to any concerns.
