Scott is extremely confident and takes whatever time is necessary to solve ones problem. Highly recommend for anyone with a computer issue.

My PC had been performing sluggishly and I decided that replacing the HDD with an SSD might improve things. I looked for a shop front service in my approximate area that was well reviewed and I settled on Netsquare Computer Service.

I checked the PC in and was later called by Scott who told me that the fan was noisy and asked If I wanted to replace it (Yes). The redundant HDD was reformatted and reassigned as a spare storage drive in the computer. Less than 24 hours later the PC was ready for pickup. The cost was a standard service charge (as quoted beforehand) plus the parts cost of the 1TB SSD and the fan.

The outcome was a significant and pleasing improvement in the performance of the PC. I would wholeheartedly recommend Netsquare on the basis of good communication, quick turnaround, fair pricing and competent service.

I have been using Netsquare for a number of years and have always been happy with the quality of service. Scott does an amazing job and is always able to help.

I took my PC in to be repaired as it had started immediately crashing on startup. Scott identified the problem fast and upgraded my CPU cooling unit in under one day aswell as installing all the latest drivers and some more efficient software.

He also installed my 3080 GPU and hand made a custom support unit as it was very heavy on the socket free or charge.

Scott did a great great job in upgrading my PC to a new one in just one day and transferring all the files and documents, the one PC is super fast and everything is working perfectly, great service, highly recommended.

I went in to get a quote for my laptop that had been acting up, and I wanted to see how much it would cost to fix. I came back a day later to be told that one of the parts within the laptop had stopped working and that it would cost $110-$120 to fix. I said thanks, and decided to take my laptop home as I couldn't afford that price. I was told that a discount could be applied, so I agreed to get the laptop fixed. When the laptop was fixed, I was told it would cost $200. I was surprised, as the quote that I received was much lower, and was offered with a discount of $50, so long as I paid in cash. I reluctantly paid and tried to find out where the extra cost had come from, only to recieve denial and that the quote price was incorrect. I couldn't get a reciept either, because I had already been "given a large discount". If you decide to get your computer fixed here, I highly recommend getting a quote on paper. Other than that, service was good and repair was fast.

I called in to see Scott (based on reviews on the web) after my computer failed to boot after overheating the previous day (Sunday 5 April 2020). It is 10 years old but a top of the range HP at the time of purchase (Envy 15.6 -1104TX) : i7/8Gb/640Gb HD.
Scott provided everything that I asked in a calm and most professional manner, data retrieval and repair via the installation of a 1Tb Samsung SSD. Scott also cleaned the computer and it now runs as it did 10 years ago; cooler, faster and brighter.
I received the repaired computer a few days after taking it in to Scott and after he was satisfied that it was operating as he expected.
I am delighted with the outcome and suggest that if you live locally to this office (as I do), and you suffer an IT issue at home, call in and talk to Scott. I doubt that you will leave disappointed.
I have no hesitation in recommending Scott and his servicing to you, as I regard his pricing to be fair and reasonable for the work and hardware installed

Very happy with the professional service provided by Scott. Not knowing the cost of repair until he opened up my laptop, he promised to call me the next day and he did. His initial cost estimate turned out to be accurate. Computer is fixed on time and with little fuss.

I was suggested Onsite Computers through Geeks2U, they came to my house, worked out the issue within 15mins, then took the laptop away to replace some parts. He kept me up to date with what was happening, and was very polite and calm. Great customer service.

They got my data recovered from a not booting computer, which other place said that hard drive is dead and in-accessable.reasonable price, within short period of time. I can't be more happy about that.
