I have been dealing with these people for a number of years and have rarely been impressed. Called today for some tech support on a system that I had to buy from a third party for logistical reasons but was essentially told that no help was available because I didn't buy it from them. So despite years of purchases totalling thousands of dollars including one within the last two weeks it seems they're living up to the reasons why I purchase elsewhere.
I hate to admit that the best people in the business as you always find new people to work with, but so far they are the best.
Great product knowledge and customer service also tech support is outstanding. A+
