My overall experience was a pleasant one.

The overall cleanliness of the stadium was well managed, even with the rain causing some dirt and water to come in.

The customer support was okay.
Instead of speaking and acting enthusiastic to the stadiums customers, players & staff, they legitimately just held their hand out for the money, handed you the charge and then they just watch as you walk off.

My recommendation for the staff at the Stafium is: Have a wet weather plan!
1.) Extra carpeted mats in the event of rain outside (knowing from attending when it was raining)
2.) Having carpeted mats along the players benches/seating, due to players dripping sweat, spilling drink bottles or in the same case as above, because of players having drenched feet/shoes from the rain outside
3.) Extra carpeted/other shoe drying material mats for the foyer and down to the restrooms, for the exact same reasons that I listed above.
4.) Staff who literally doing nothing, expect play on their phones, when their were preventative wet floor measures she could have been doing instead.

** ALL of the above points would have prevented the multiple slips, trips & falls caused by wet shoes (happened with ALL teams on the rainy night). The extra person behind the payment bench, could have easily been utilised to be using dry mops for all the water on the floors, instead of having their phone out and watching the other attendant take payments from everyone. ***

Sorry if this all sounds very negative, I'm just an everyday person who has to maintain income in the household, (just like the majority of ALL players, friends & staff), where I couldn't afford a slip on the wet surfaces resulting in injury and
therefore a loss of income.
Overall experience on a rainy night is a 4/10

We've been playing at RMIT for a few weeks and staff seem nice. Some ref's aren't the friendliest to those trying to learn the game but overall we are having fun.
