Exceeded our expectations. The build maximised the floor plan for a small lot. Very good upgrades that came with the price that you don’t usually see in turnkey homes (high ceiling, floor to ceiling tiles, premium security alarms with doorbell, aggregate apron and driveway.) We’re basically still able to choose our bricks, tiles, paint etc.like we felt we were in control all the time. We could have built double garage but for estate reasons were not allowed and somehow had to pay more due to local water requirements, but we were given the cheapest quote by the builder that otherwise could have been hefty. Very happy with the speed, quality, and prompt customer service. The process was easy and the place was pretty didn’t last a week in the market before it was leased. Definitely building again.

Great to deal with, Kartik has delivered what he promised within time frame, specifically where others are struggling for material and always responsive and made whole process very smoothly, my property built without any stress at all…. Highly recommended and will work together again

Prior to choosing Nest n key, we walked through numerous builders/homes. After seeing build excellence of nest n key, it was clear that the quality and attention to detail was next level. It was great working with kartik throughout the building process. Easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions that came up.
It was a pleasure to work with builders who wanted to explore creative solutions rather than just settling for the same formula (in our case, lot size was smaller, looking for some creative ways to maximize the build).
More notably what pleasing was, even after handover, never had a problem to fix any, after issues should any come up.
I would certainly endorse nest n key, and would be happy to work with them again in the future!

I agree with mike, absolutely bad company, they were builder of my house, first week i moved in and my roof started leaking and when i contacted them person name Kartik he was the rudest person i ever encounter they don't wanted to take any responsibility, PLEASE make sure who ever buy from them or built through them Unfortunately, to check your roof, my one still leaking and they not much of help any more which they shouldn't do as the house come with some warranty, will be taking them to VBA soon, please select some Reputed builders no wonder why they have less reviews. Dunt Get Ripped off by them.

The building of our new first home with Nest and key has been a pleasant and stress free experience. From the sales team and building coordination staff including Kartik has all been excellent through out this journey. The builder had a professionalism with excellent superiority and of course with a friendly manner (no request was an issue) and was very knowledgeable in his field. He always provided a weekly update on the progress achieved and the work that was planned for the coming week. He was always available for my calls and provided me the opportunity for a number of site visits to inspect the progress and quality of the build. Now that I have been in the house for 6 months I am finding the workmanship to be of a high standard and any issues albeit minor are promptly rectified. I am extremely impressed with numerous follow up friendly calls even in COVID-19 environment to ensure that there are no issues which has come up etc. I would say Absolutely brilliant and highly recommended!

Kartik is very professional, very responsive guy. Built my first home in a good time frame. Recommended.
