Unfortunate experience with Rebecca Flanagan who took over my case after my previous Lawyer left the company. After going through a consultation process already and coming to an agreement, she was trying to charge me for services I did not need. Only seeing an opportunity to charge excessively on services that were not required and confuse me saying they were necessary. Just upselling to be honest - as I was well past that process. I have been a previous customer with Nest for other services and was happy with that. It just depends on the Lawyer you are given. I am now not happy with nest as I feel Rebecca stopped caring about my case when I pushed back on why she was adding additional and excessive charges
